Quality plant, packed and posted with care, and it arrived in excellent condition .

My Virburum arrived a little dry due to late delivery by the carrier but once out of the box and watered, it picked up a treat. I left it to recover and repotted it the following day, next to my door. It looks wonderfully healthy and will give me year round pleasure. The price was very good too as it is quite large.

Would not use again. Website should be clearer that delivery is 28 days. Cost same as garden centre. Uk post after plant arrives from Europe is 1 week, which is poor. With plant stuck in post with no protection perhaps no surprise that the plant is now dead

I bought 3 plants. 2 arrived in good condition but the third was dead

The order took quite a while to arrive but the plants were well packed. I was kept informed of when my limolium would arrive. They are now planted and doing well. They were attractively priced and I had a good deal. I would use Plant Giant again.

La razón porque no doy cinco estrellas es porque la caja de embalaje no era la correcta y las flechas de posición en la línea que apuntaban hicieron que el arbolito llegase tumbado y se le salió la tierra , PERO LLEGÓ RÁPIDO Y EN PERFECTO ESTADO !!! , muchas gracias

The delivery time was incredibly slow and messaging was at best misleading.

This is a scam.

I made an order for £71.34 worth of plants 12/09/26. On 30/09/26 when I had received no update I complained and received an email the same date telling me it was due to be dispatched "after the weekend". I then received a dispatch note and tracking number 02/10/26. I waited for my delivery. The tracking number does not seem to work. I chased again today, 07/10/26 and have been told that the items are due to be dispatched soon. Clearly I have been lied to and the plants will not ever arrive.

There are also certain inconsistencies in their poorly worded correspondence which makes it suspicious in and of itself.

Please refund my money.

Having just received my plant order I was pleased to find the plants were all in excellent condition, 2 or 3 plants just a little dry but all the rest still well watered. All plants were very well packed. All but 2 of my plants are evergreen and I think that they travel better. I would definitely order again. Well done Plant Giant.

Like another customer wrote, I wish to give ZERO stars but you are forced to give one, unfortunately ,if you want to write a review… To be short, I don’t want to waste your time : DON’T do the same mistake like me!!! You can find tens of suppliers but please avoid Plantgiant ! My plant was delivered after 3 weeks, not hard to imagine how it looks staying in a box this period without sun and water! Worsts supplier ever ! Waste of money, it’s your choice… Adios Plantgiant! ( in fact not giant, for sure SMALL from every point of view)

Recently ordered from this new company and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the plants was much better than some of the bigger online competitors I’ve used - however, delivery does take a while and I wouldn’t order if I was in a rush to receive the plant. This seems to be quite standard with many online sellers, so I wasn’t surprised.

I ordered two plants from Plant Giant because they were a little bit cheaper than elsewhere. However, it soon transpired that it was going to take at least 28 days for the plants to arrive, as they order them in from abroad. They are then sent out a second time from their Essex depot. I wasn't able to wait that long, so I cancelled the order and bought the same plants from another retailer who was able to send them immediately. The communication and refund from Plant Giant was efficient but he was a bit rude when I cancelled.

This is an absolutely abysmal company to deal with. Zero customer service with no contact number, only email contact. My order stated delivery after 3rd September. Nearly three weeks from placing the order still no plants from this company. Contacted Karl via email, no shipping or tracking numbers only a shifting delivery schedule. Never as customer accept this abysmal level of service. Have now done a charge back via my bank, as merchant has failed to provide any evidence of shipping or tracking. My advice to anyone is never use Plant Giant as this business is either so poorly managed or run, or just an online work of fiction.

If I could give 0 I would. On the 19 July I ordered a Cornus kousa | 5 Litre Pot and had to contact a number of times before this was delivered 21August. I was awful - on openi g the leaves were brown, curled or dead - photos and video sent. You would NOT have bought if you saw this! I was told it it wd get better but I cd return at my own expense for a refund. The original box had to be cut so cannot be reused and the cost of returning a faulty item would have meant the refund wd not cover repurchase of a similar item. I see this is a new company but the item should never have been posted out - instead an email to explain what had happened and an option to cancel provided. Please use with caution- Pictures and video can be provided
