Plants for Ponds Avaliações 

I have now purchased many things from plants for ponds, from starter kits for my 2 wildlife ponds, marginals, snails to help keep the algae at bay, floating plants to keep the water cooler. All have been brilliant, the service and advice excellent. I highly recommend them.

When you buy from other shippers you can end up with a pond plant not packed down with aquatic soil, clay and stones, but ordinary earth. This means as soon as you put it in your pond the soil just floats away and succeeds in only making your pond dirty. Ponds for plants are proper growers of plants, know their stuff and clearly care. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else.

The marsh marigolds arrived quickly and were in excellent condition. They flowered very well soon after they arrived.

The plants arrived well packaged.
I put them in my pond straight away. My pond is healthy and now well established with tadpoles, froglets and other very healthy plants.
However, the plants I received are really struggling and turning yellow.

Delivery was delayed to avoid extremes of temperature. The snails arrived alive and well and the plants arrived in good condition.

Plants arrived in perfect condition despite delivery being delayed by a day. Carefully packaged and all i had to do was place in my pond. Easiest gardening job ever!

Having trouble with green water contacted your staff who were great. Got the right plants, treatments,and advice 3 weeks on pond and plants thriving. Fish and grand children thank you as do I, your my one to come to if I have any further problems

Great customer service.
I managed to kill off the plants I received.
They were a bit small on receipt but were healthy enough
I didnt complain to the company as I didn’t know reason for failure
However decided to contact them before review and Lucy of customer service gave great advice and is sending replacement plants
All companies should have such an excellent customer service.

I never received my original order but this has been rectified and my snails are due to be delivered today so I’m really excited and I received a phone call to let me know they should be coming today.
I am happy with the customer service and I believe the original issue was due to Royal Mail.

Communication was very good and they take care to dispatch things - in this case Ramshorn snails - during cooler weather so they don’t perish. The snails are settling into the wildlife pond though I might need a bigger team of them to keep on top of the blanket weed!

Over the moon with these pond plants. The delivery and communication was all fantastic. The plants were really well packaged and not damaged at all. I loved that you could put in dates that would not work as well.

Excellent plants delivered quickly and efficiently. They immediately and very attractively transformed the look of my two ponds.

The quality of plants have all been very good as has the packaging and enclosed information/advice.
On ordering you get an email confirming the order and an estimated date of delivery followed by updates as weather helps or hinders growth/gathering. We are particularly fascinated with the water Hawthorn, the uniquely shaped flowers are wonderful to see coming up through their leaves and the water lily leaves in our pond.

The mature plant arrived on time, well packaged/protected and in excellent condition. It is now in situ and thriving.
