I ordered 5 bunches but only 4 were really full - one was tiny and could not really be called a bunch like the others.

I recently ordered 10 snails for our pond - both trapdoor and ramshorn. Remarkable to have them arrive in the post, carefully packaged so they travelled well. I transferred them to the pond, and watch them wander off completely happy…!! Totally easy and positive.

Excellent from start to finish and the plants were far superior to another well known specialist supplier I unfortunately used before. All plants arrived well packaged, have settled in quickly and many have started to flower. I would recommend this company to anyone. They even said they would hold my order while away if necessary. What's not to like?!

I have been using this company for several years after unsuccessfully using others who would send inferior plants.However those of "plants for ponds" are excellent! They are packaged carefully and always arrive in great condition. If ever the need arises to make contact there is always a speedy and helpful reply. I've always found this company to be very professional in their approach to maintaining an excellent reputation and buisness.

A great range of native plants grown in the UK which arrive well packed and ready to pop in the pond. The website has lots of detail on how to care your plants and pond - really important for beginners.

I have now received several orders from this company and I have nothing to complain about the quality of the plants they provide. On a couple of occasions on delivery from APC have noticed some plants were upended and completely out of pots but a little tlc were able to be recovered. Also noticed on last pre-order seemed to have received a few 1ltr pots and an extra water chestnut bunch - so thanks Lucy. I do like the extra personal touch dealing with Plants for Ponds provides and I will buy from here again.

Plants for Ponds has an excellent website and my experience of service from ordering, delivery and quality of the plants provided is the best I have come across. The plants I have received are of a good size, very healthy and well packed for delivery. They are now in my new pond doing well. I would love some more but cost dictates.

We always get our pond plants from Plants for Ponds. They arrive healthy and well packaged, plus full info on what to do with them when they arrive which is useful. The website is easy to navigate as well. Always kept informed when the plants will arrive. I only buy from here.

The snails we ordered were in very good condition when delivered and are now busy cleaning our pond.

Pond oxygenators Plants arrived on time, dropped into my pond as information stated, it's been a couple of weeks alass not seen any sigh of new growth, but with the uplift of the Weather temperature hopefully will see some signs soon.
