I ordered a thermostat on the 10th of October and have only had confirmation of purchase and dispatch 20 days later. I needed the product 7 days after purchase. I tried contacting them via the phone numbers on their website. The WhatsApp number isn't active and no answer on the 0800 number. The contact form just bounces back. I emailed them with no reply. Someone did call back and told me my item will arrive the next day (day 4 after purchase). This was an outright lie to palm me off. I would strongly recommend to steer clear of this terrible company.

This is a scam company, avoid. They take your money and do not send the item. Phones remain unanswered, online contact form creates an error. Mobile phone is not recognised. Was unable to find an email or any other way to contact. Asking bank to return the money. AVOID!

Don't buy from these people! Unfortunately I was in a rush when ordering and purchased before reading reviews. Like others have experienced, they take the money then the product never comes. They don't reply to emails, don't respond to the online enquiry function, don't answer the phone, total scam. Please don't make the same mistake!

I wish I could give zero stars! Scam company - the item I ordered and paid for never arrived and now it’s impossible to contact them. STAY CLEAR!!

Being a trades person this is the first and the last time dealing with these,call them no answer, email them no reply looks like my bank will have to some how get my money back , give these a miss people

They do not reply to emails and the ‘contact us’ option on the website just comes back with error when you press send.

Ive had to contact my bank and hopefully get my money back?

Don’t use this company they looks like gone but still accept payment. Have to wait 14 days as my bank requirement for claim dispute.

Please do not use this site, it's a con. they are fake. take your money and do not supply or contact you again, any pro-reviews are OBVIOUSLY FAKE. this site needs shutting down.

Scam Website put a subscription in the account

I have placed an order about a month ago with them but item was never sent. No one is responding to my emails or calls. Absolute waste of time.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

The company did not deliver my goods ordered 6 weeks ago despite me paying for 3 day delivery.
They do not respond to emails and no one answers the phone, it seems to be a scam.
I've asked for a chargeback now from my card provider, they should know to cancel the merchant account.

Order never received, no answer to calls or whatsapp text.

I ordered underfloor heating parts that never arrived. They sent a message that the order was refunded but I never received the money back. They told me for months that it was being sorted, six months later still no money returned to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Total scum bags that cannot be contacted. Will take your money and not send items you have ordered. Have contacted my bank for refund.
Save yourself the hassle and remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!!!

been waiting for my delivery now for 4 weeks, I called them and they said it would be delivered that day between 12 and 4pm, this did not happen. been calling all day on 2 separate phone numbers given to no avail.
our order is of £624.00 and by looking at other reviews i dont think we will be getting it very soon. will keep emailing and calling them until i can then go to my bank for a refund. avoid this company

Ordered some pipe lagging nearly 2 month ago , it has never arrived ! asked for a refund and still waiting . Phone and email ignored . Avoid !!!

Ordered a part, not delivered, do not answer phone or emails not only are you losing money but unable to complete job on time as promised, use an alternative company.
