À fuir ! J'ai commandé 2 bains nordiques fin 2024. Lors du déballage l'un des deux était cassé. Je refuse la livraison(on me dit quand même que j'aurais du accepter la livraison et faire une réclamation ensuite) et on m'en renvoit un autre. Livraison 2 mois plus tard, cassé à nouveau. Heureusement qu'il était cassé car je me fais rembourser de l'achat grâce à ça. Car vu la nullité du produit ! Pour le bain nordique qui me reste, deux petits trous apparaissent au bout de deux mois dans la résine près du poêle, je fais un signalement. On me répond que c'est parce que j'ai mis de l'eau salée. Complètement débile, pourquoi je mettrai du sel alors que je change l'eau tous les 4j, je veux de l'eau pure sans aucun produit. Je conteste et montre une nouvelle photo où la résine commence à craqueler tout autour du trou. On me répond que j'allume le poêle sans mettre de l'eau car la résine est toute jaune sous la photo. Des idiots, la photo est jaune à cause du filtre automatique de l'appareil photo, je renvoie des photos où la résine est bien blanche. On me répond la même chose. Quel est l' intérêt d'allumer un poêle sans eau ? La résine commence à faire des trous tout autour du bain nordique. Bref des voleurs qui vendent un produit qui vient d'estonie sans aucun contrôle qualité du vendeur. Car à chaque fois ils me répondent qu'ils vont poser la question à leur fournisseur de résine. Bien sûr leur fournisseur ne va pas leur dire que sa résine a un défaut ou qu'ils ont raté un bain nordique. Personne ne se déplace, l'expertise se fait sur photo par le fournisseur. je n'ai jamais vu une expertise pareille ! Les autres défauts de ce poêle sont nombreux, je ne vais pas tous les lister, cependant : le fond n'est pas plat et le siphon n'est pas mis au point le plus bas donc quand vous le videz entièrement toutes les saletés restent au fond dans un filet d'eau tout autour du trou et sous le poêle. Le dessous du poêle n'est pas accessible, vous ne pouvez pas passer le bras ni sur les côtés, ni sous le poêle donc la saleté s'accumule et vous ne pouvez pas laver rapidement. La résine est hyper fragile et se raye juste avec un balai brosse. Le produit est très beau, la messagerie du sav très réactive, mais la qualité est nulle, l'entretien beaucoup plus complexe que chez la concurrence. Les amis autour de moi ont été convaincu par le concept et mon expérience et sont allés chez la concurrence. Mon CONSEIL: faites comme eux, allez chez la concurrence, il y en a un qui importe d'Europe de l'est mais fait le montage et la livraison lui-même, le service est au top et le produit nickel. Vous paierez 4000€ au lieu de 3000 mais le produit tiendra 20 ans facile au lieu de 6 mois!
Je dois en acheter plusieurs pour l'hôtellerie, mon choix est vite fait, je préfère la qualité donc je pars ailleurs
Voilà leur réponse en dessous, depuis le début c'est la même chose, on allume le poele pour chauffer les nuages c'est bien connu. Et pendant ce temps le bain continu à se dégrader... J'ai deux amis qui ont acheté chez la concurrence, notamment chez un français qui vient faire le montage lui-même, rien à voir...

In the main I'm happy with the sauna, but there are lots of niggles. First the delivery, the sauna arrives on a large pallet, when the drivers arrived they were unable to unload the pallet! The drivers and I had to lift the mini forklift off the lorry (much too heavy for us really) so that it could lift the pallet off the tail lift. The next biggest issue is the look of the wood. The website 3D model and photo shows a lovely light wood sauna, when I asked about the colour of the thermowood I was told it was "slightly darker than the untreated wood, a little warmer in tone", it's not, it's a rich chocolate brown, it doesn't match the other buildings in by garden at all. Next the front of the sauna is plywood, it doesn't match the thermowood at all, they supply a stain which is very dark, does improves the colour match, but the finish isn't great and it doesn't really match. In the end we've decided to paint the ply a different colour. The kit comes with facia boards, these are the most exposed to the weather of all of the wood and yet they are untreated and look very cheap wood, it looks like they will rot pretty quickly and they don't match any of the other wood in the kit (although the 3d model and photos make it look like they do) they should really be thermowood, to match the rest of the kit. I wish I could buy a spare set of facia boards, because I'm sure I will need them in 10 years time and they would be very hard to source locally. The supplied felt tiles are horrible, the adhesive didn't work at all and they really don't seem suitable for the curved and flat top of the sauna, I wish they'd supplied a single rubber sheet, I had to use a lot of mastic to get them to stop flapping about in high winds. The instructions are acceptable, but a video would have been so much better, the video that's provided is for a completely different product. Some written instructions in addition to the diagrams would have been a big help, because hints and tips could have been included then. Overall - including staining the plywood before assembly - it took 3 very long days to do the complete build. There are a few things I'd have done differently, or extras that would have been nice: a way to stop the door blowing open (a magnet is not enough) a door stop to stop the glass door hitting the frame, better instructions for the benches, a third piece of thermowood to hide the wiring at the bottom of the electric heater, the door is very loose in the frame and the door frame screw holes have nothing to screw into in the sauna frame, some guidance on the size in KW for the heater, better instructions for the felt roofing tiles, I ran out of felt nails. Less confusing photos showing the mis-matched colours of the three different types of wood that the kit is made from, some mention of the smell of the thermowood, which is very smoky!

Det var ett relativt lätt bygg. Dock kunde man önska att det var mindre kvisthål i planken. Passformen vid dörrarna kunde också vara bättre.
Det vore bra att ni upplyste om att det är ett måste att olja in särskilt undersidan. Detta är eftersom det är råträd.
Utseendet är klockrent och det är rikligt med plats i förrådet.

Vi bestilte for fire år siden en carport med oppsett. Nå har vi på nytt bestilt, og fått en Nature utedo til vår fritidsbolig i Sverige.

Bonne communication, réactivité, et informations sur le site. Peut-être ajouter une fiche technique qui renseigne le poids des constructions et les précisions sur le bois pour que les clients puissent préparer les fondations et traitements de surface. Nous attendons à présent notre commande avec impatience!

Good communication - Just placed my order - excited to recieve and build my sauna - the team called me back when I called them and the line was bad, answered my questions quickly.

Overordnet set en fin oplevelse. Jeg fik at vide at leveringstidspunktet var uvist, og så pludselig få dage efter fik jeg uden nogen kommunikation en e-mail fra et fragtfirma om at noget var på vej. Jeg spurgte min kontaktperson til, om det faktisk var min sauna der kom.

Jeg fik derfor en meget hurtig og lidt uventet levering - men heldigvis var området klar til levering.

Saunaen er fint bygget på nær nogle som/skruer hist og her der rækker ind i saunaen som man kan slå sig på.

Men vi er glade og tilfredse - men kommunikationen kunne være bedre. Har også stillet opfølgende spørgsmål som jeg ikke har fået svar på her måneder senere.

Syns tilbudet var oversiktilig, med gode råd om våre valg. Ogå tilbakemeldinger om hva som ikkje gikk.

Very clear information online and helpful additional advice on telephone. Very clear ordering information and reliable delivery on time - despite our remote location.

We ordered the Narvik sauna and it arrived at the time we wanted which was excellently coordinated by the very helpful Katriina.
It arrived in a large well packed box. With so many pieces i was amazed nothing was missing or damaged, so far so good.
The exterior thermowood is really high quality, good to work withz lovely deep colour and smells incredible. You do need some additional tools and basic diy skills would be useful but largely the proccess is well mapped out in the instruction manual using visual diagrams. Some parts parts could have done with more explanation and clearer images, so i do suggest to read the instructions thoroughly which can be downloaded ahead of time from their website (also good that they provide 3D exploded diagram).
Really happy withthe service and overall product. Would reccommend and we are also looking at other products. Thank you Polhus.

On route home from work, I love phoning up my husband to ask him to switch on the Sauna for the two of us. What a great way to relax after a busy day. The Edda exceeds our expectations. It is quick to heat up, economical to run and was easy to build. In summary, it was both stress free to instal and now helps free up the stress from work. Fantastic!
