Have had a Porsche design titanium pen that was an extremely welcome gift until a small but integral plastic swivel nib retraction mechanism failed. Reached out with full product details and was just utterly fobbed off by appalling and frankly disgraceful lack of customer service by Porsche. Before binning my once prized P’3120 pen I thankfully contacted studio pens who sourced the part that should have been provided under warranty.for a pittance.
I’ve driven several Porsche vehicles and now having experienced the absolute lack of brand ethos and ethics I will not further partake. Without an apology for diabolical lack of awareness or any care for customer satisfaction I have lost all trust in the Porsche brand- hugely dis appointed Dr Andrew McLean

Teure Ware, sehr schlechte Qualität und nicht vorhandener Kundenservice. Ich kann leider nur abraten. Ich habe beispielsweise einen Koffer mit Reißverschluss, dessen Reißverschluss während einer Reise kaputt ging, weshalb ich einige Teile des Inhaltes des Koffers verloren habe. Und das obwohl der Koffer erst wenige Male benutzt wurde. Der Kundendienst bedauert, aber tut nichts.
Lieber Koffer eines namhaften Herstellers wählen, der lebenslange Garantie gewährt.

As a longtime Porsche owner (I drive a Python Green Boxster), I have always admired the Porsche brand for its quality and design standards. That is why I was genuinely excited when my wife gave me a Porsche Design green hoodie for Christmas — a piece I had admired for quite some time.

Unfortunately, when I wore the hoodie for the first time several weeks later (after my wife and I were both recovering from COVID), I discovered that the zipper would not catch, making it impossible to properly wear. The product appeared to be defective.

I contacted customer service seeking an exchange for the same hoodie with a functioning zipper. I was not requesting a refund, as I truly like the item. However, I was told that returns are not accepted after 30 days. Despite explaining the circumstances and the defective zipper, I received repeated references to company policy, and eventually my emails went unanswered.

I continue to appreciate the Porsche brand, but I was disappointed that no accommodation was made for what was clearly a defective product. At $245, I expected both premium quality and responsive customer support.

Nearly a year after buying a Porsche design suitcase it no longer works. The zip is faulty and so I got in touch to ask for a replacement. I was asked to send photographs which I did and this was accepted. A month on and after several chaser calls and emails I am still waiting for the return labels. The people I speak to are so unhelpful and not willing to help. Apparently they have no one to refer my complaint to and cannot do anything to expedite getting the return label sent to me.

Some great products (and some not so great) but the real issue is customer service. Took almost 20 days to send a returns form...

Nous avons commandé un vêtement Porsche qui a été livré dans un bel emballage. Celui-ci n'étant pas à la bonne taille, nous avons retourné l'ensemble (vêtement et emballage). Nous avons repassé la commande et le vêtement est arrivé sans emballage cadeau. Après deux réclamations, il m'a été signifié que la grande maison Porsche ne pouvait expédié un emballage seul.

Leider schon zum zweiten Mal sehr negative Erfahrungen mit den Sonnenbrillen gemacht. Beide im autorisierten Fachhandel gekauft, bei Sonnenbrille 1 fielen einfach die Bügel ab, noch schlimmer bei Sonnenbrille 2: die Beschichtung löst sich kurz nach Ablauf der Garantie. Porsche Design antwortet man habe höchste Qualität, sei aber nicht zuständig und verweist an den Hersteller. Dieser antwortet gar nicht. Das wars für mich mit Porsche Sonnenbrillen, eine Beschichtung, die sich löst hatte ich in 40 Jahren noch nie, selbst bei billigsten Sonnenbrillen.

I was given a set of knives by Porsche Designs as a gift. One of them has cracked without anything happening to the knife. When I contacted their customer service team they said that because I didn't buy the knives from them or have a receipt they wouldn't do anything. That's a gift worth £150 that is faulty that they won't sort out. Absolutely abhorent code of conduct. No responsibility or duty of care to their products or quality control. DO NOT BUY!

1 Stern ist noch zu viel !!! Reklamationen werden mit immer neuen Ausreden und Anforderungen von Bildern nicht bearbeitet !!! Bei Rückrufen von PD (4 x !!!) antwortet niemand !!! Werde zukünftig einen großen Bogen um diesen Shop machen !!!

Ne commandez jamais sur le shop de Porshe design, c'est la pire experience client possible. Ils sont incapables d'envoyer l'article que vous avez commandé, deux fois de suite, et ensuite ils vous font galérer pendant deux mois pour vous transmettre l'étiquette de retour et vous rembourser. Au final, j'ai jamais reçu l'article que je voulais et j'ai passé un temps considérable à renvoyer les articles et être remboursé. Soyez très prudent.

Porsche Design : du luxe avec une date de péremption.

J’ai acheté des lunettes de soleil Porsche Design à plus de 300€ il y a un peu plus de deux ans. Elles ont été très peu portées, toujours rangées dans leur étui, jamais maltraitées. Pourtant, le film d’un verre se décolle déjà.

J’ai contacté le service client en espérant au moins un geste commercial ou une solution. Réponse : « La garantie est expirée d’un mois, voyez avec le fabricant. » Autrement dit : débrouillez-vous.

On a l’impression que leurs produits de luxe sont traités comme une brique de lait : une fois la date passée plus aucune responsabilité.

Pour une marque qui se dit synonyme de qualité et d’excellence, c’est choquant. Quand on paie un produit qui se dit de Luxe, on attend qu’il dure et qu’il y ait un minimum de considération si un défaut apparaît juste après la fin de garantie.

Mes Oakley, payées trois fois moins cher et achetées 4ans plus tôt, sont encore en parfait état!! Cherchez l’erreur.

Porsche Design a perdu un client : jamais plus je n’achèterai leurs produits.

Bisher war ich mit der Qualität immer zufrieden und ich habe schon einiges bestellt. Die letzte Bestellung und das war jetzt das letzte Mal, war es eine limitierte Ausgabe einer Sonnenbrille für € 895,00 von einer 911 Stück Auflage. Nach kurzer Tragedauer dieser Aluminiumbrille, löste sich an beiden Enden das Material ab. Innerhalb der Garantie bekam ich eine neue Brille, bei der fiel es mir erst außerhalb der Garantie auf und die Erstattung wurde als normale Abnutzung abgelehnt. Unterirdischer Service, mir wurden 10% auf eine Neubestellung angeboten, die können sie sich in die Haare schmieren! Bestelle nie wieder etwas bei denen.

Die Ware kommt schnell und noch schneller wird das Geld abgebucht. Aber die Retourengutschrift dauert, obwohl ich eine Bestätigung für den Retoureneingang habe. Anruf und E-Mails sind nicht von Erfolg gekrönt.
Ich warte bereits 2 Wochen. Warte noch eine Woche, dann schalte ich einen Rechtsanwalt ein.

Ordered a keyring as a gift. They purport to provide speedy delivery. A week later I emailed to ask if it had been processed/despatched. The response, 8 hours later, was an email showing it had just been despatched - DHL Economy. I did expect better of them. Should have read the reviews before ordering. I know my experience is nothing compared to what some have had. It hasn't arrived yet though......

Purchased an item, tried to exchange. They said to return the item and reorder. I sent back the item in the same condition as it was sent to me, two weeks later, I receive the same shirt inside out with stains and another shirt that we never ordered, also with stains. This was clearly not my order. They said this was the condition the shirt was sent back and they couldn't process a refund. Hasn't responded to my follow up emails in weeks.

I placed an order 3.30.25 over $200 and have received nothing after 10 weeks. I've emailed them several times without any response. The text on the site has many typos so is this a phish scam?

Bought a ca. 500 EUR suitecase, which looked great. After the first trip (flight, checked-in luggage), noticed strange "folds" and bumps on the plastic - prompting plastic is not really robust.
After 3(!) flight trips with checked-in luggage, the plastic of the suitecase broke, making it unusable.
Returned back via vendor, who looked at the pictures and videos of damage I sent them first.
After that the vendor sent the suitecase to the manufacturer (Brics), who sent it back unrepaired with some explanation that the damage is not due to a defect.
Well, this has been clear to me - but I would expect that a suitecase for 500 EUR has a quality that can hold more than three flights.
No experiments with shiny names (and cheap content) anymore.

HUGE SCAM!!! Do not even think of buying anything from this website. Payment was made 5 days and still getting email indicating the payment didn't go through and to pay again.

Ich war dem 17 März ins Laden zwischen 18/19 Uhr, musste ich mir beeilen da in wenige Minuten den Zug erreichen müsste, da aus München herkam deshalb das Versäumnisse Begrüßung meines Eintretens von der Mitarbeiten habe ich nicht mal große Gedanken gemacht.
Wollte ich einen T-Shirt einkaufen, während den probierte, merkte ich dass die Große nicht passend deshalb fragte zu einem Mitarbeiter der mehr interessierte zum seiner Kollegin über Private Sachen weiter zu sprechen, statt mir zu unterstützen antwortete dass wenn ich den richtigen Größe des T-Shirts an der gleich Ständer nicht gefunden hätte, hätte ich den nicht woanders gefunden…
Da nach dieser Antwort trete ich zurück den T-Shirt zu kaufen, aber in nicht mal 4 Minuten während ich den Laden weiter schaue bevor ich rausging, wohin die Kassen sind, sehe ich wieder den T-Shirt das ich kaufen wollte wohin standen andere Größen, auch die Größe die ich bräuchte!
Meine kurze Zeit zur Verfügung war vorbei konnte ich dann auch nicht andere Zeit verbrauchen, aber frage ich mir dass in ein so geiles Laden wo man geile Sachen finden kann es ist so Schade dass ich beim besuchen tritt über 4 Mitarbeitern die nicht mal eins für Kunde sich stellten..
mit diesem Verhalten hat nur das Porsche Design Geld und Kunden verloren, mindestens 1 der über die Firma seit langen Zeit in München einen Stammkunde gewesen bin.
Schlimmste Erfahrung bei Porsche Design in Metzingen Outlet
