Ich hatte am Sonntag also vor drei Tagen, eine neue Kollektion im Porsche Shop entdeckt. Diese lehnt an einen historischen Porsche Rennwagen an.
Ich entdeckte also tolle Schuhe, Kappe und vieles andere mehr.
Also bestellte ich die Sachen voller Vorfreude sind dann heute zwei Pakete angekommen, also billiger kann man es wirklich nicht mehr verschicken, ein Paket wurde nachträglich von DHL verklebt, der Inhalt fehlte jedoch leider, auch Lieferschein und Rücksendeticket fehlte im anderen Karton. Na gut, dachte ich mir. Ich rufe den Porsche Service an in Stuttgart und es gibt sicher eine schnelle Lösung, aber das war nicht der Fall. Die Dame am Telefon sagte mir, sie konnte mir nicht helfen Sie könnte sich nur darum kümmern, dass die Gutschrift erstellt wurde. Einen kostenlosen Ersatz konnte sie heute nicht mehr verschicken.
Also ich kann nur folgendes sagen dieser Logistik Dienstleister Arvato, der das Versenden der Ware für Porsche vornimmt hat kein Porsche Blut in den Genen, lieblos wird die Ware Kartons rein geworfen und mit einem Klebestift verklebt. Mir ist außerdem aufgefallen, dass es von mal zumal immer schlimmer wird. Man darf nicht vergessen hier handelt es sich um hochpreisige Luxusartikel. Man sollte sich mal ein Beispiel daran nehmen, wie zum Beispiel Lamborghini Onlineshop seine Ware verschickt oder Bentley, da ist Porsche White entfernt deswegen kann ich nur anraten die Ware bei einem Porsche Händler zu bestellen. Dort ist übrigens auch die Ware original verpackt in Original Plastikverpackungen mit Aufdruck, was sehr im Porsche Onlineshop niemals ist. Die Sachen werden in einem schwarzen Papier eingepackt auch sehr teure Jacken. Für mehrere 1000 € werden niemals in einem Original Kleidersack verschickt.

Des escrocs à fuir - une honte pour porsche

Comme tous les commentaires précédents, cela fait plus de 6 mois que j'attends une étiquette de retour pour un produit défectueux.
Le service client est nul et ne vous raconte que des mensonges. Soit disant ils ont un problème d'impression des étiquettes retour, le problème vient d'un autre service qu'ils doivent contacter et vous tiendrons au courant dès qu'ils auront une réponse, qu'ils n'ont jamais car ils ne répondent jamais.
C'est une honte pour une marque comme Porsche d'avoir un service client aussi mauvais et à la limite de l'escroquerie.
On se sent impuissant car on ne sait pas quoi faire. Peut être faudrait il faire un recours collectif en justice....

Honestly shocked at how awful the…

Honestly shocked at how awful the experience with Porsche has been, genuinely embarrassing for a brand with such a prestigious reputation.

I was sent the wrong item, and no return label was provided. Mistakes happen, and this would have been easy to forgive if the issue had been resolved promptly. Instead, after nearly 3 months of repeated chasing, and being fobbed off, I still have not received a return label.

Every time I follow up, I receive the same generic response: “We’ve shared this with the relevant department and will let you know when we hear back.” After 2.5 months, this excuse wears extremely thin — all that is required is a simple return label.

I also asked whether a refund could be issued while they sort out their internal issues, but was told no. As a result, I’m left with a product I never ordered and remain out of pocket, with no clear resolution in sight.

A deeply disappointing experience with the Porsche Online Shop, showing how the idea of “premium” seems to stop at marketing.

I tried for several days to purchase a discounted item, but due to a technical issue on Porsche’s system, the order could not be completed. The issue was clearly on their side and was fully documented with screenshots, proving my good faith. Once the technical problem was resolved, the price had increased — and Porsche simply washed its hands of the situation.

There was no willingness to find a fair solution. No discount code, no dedicated link, no commercial gesture of any kind. Practices that even very small and basic e-commerce companies handle routinely. Porsche does not.

After multiple email exchanges, I only received polite, pre-written responses with no substance and no concrete resolution. In other words: many courteous words to say that the customer does not really matter.

It is frankly unbelievable that in 2025 a brand like Porsche still shows such a rigid, outdated and unfair approach to customer service.
Customer care completely unworthy of the brand and of the prices it claims to justify.

This experience will certainly influence my future purchasing decisions.

Shame there's no zero star!

Shame there's no zero star!. Trying to buy a porsche 718 backpack for our son. He's very proud to be a Porsche owner. If the rest of their service is as poorly designed as their website, and so poorly supported (couldn't complete payment, phone support suggested "try another browser, Firefox should have no problems), then God help Junior when there is a real issue to fix. We don't have a house number (it's a name) and we don't have an apartment. But the website demands it. If I cheat a bit to accomodate their lack of web design knowledge, the bank at this side doesn't recognise the address and rejects payment. More than an hour trying to make a purchase is NOT acceptable. Get your act together Porsche!!!

Bestelling niet ontvangen

12 dagen na plaatsen van bestelling en betaling nog steeds geen bestelling ontvangen. 8 dagen geleden antwoord gekregen op mijn vraag wanneer ik goederen kon verwachten: men moest informatie inwinnen over de status en ik zou snel hierover gecontacteerd worden. Quod non. Ben nog steeds in afwachting van informatie.

Alweer 5 dagen verder…antwoord van customer service: be patient and we will inform you as soon as we hear from our department…..

Another 9 days have passed without information. I requested reimbursement and if I don’t hear from them in the course of this coming week I will seek legal counsel.

NO REFUND AFTER ONE WHOLE MONTH!

I ordered an iphone 16 pro max case for my husbands birthday and paid via Paypal back in May. The amount for the item was £70.00 GBP but I was charged £82.99 (£12.99 tax/customs).
When I received the item and gave it to my husband for his birthday, we realised that the iphone case did not fit his phone and so returned it as requested. All of that was fine, return was received and I had confirmation via email of the date of return and a note telling me when I should expect my refund for whichever service I used to pay for the goods 9it was Paypal).
I had confirmation of the return on 24.6.25 and still I have not had a refund of any sort, even though it is now 25.7.25, one whole month after them receiving the returned case back! I have sent several emails asking for the refund and indeed received an automated and personal reply to each email sent, but still no refund. I have had apologies off the different people responding to my emails and notes that they are looking into my refund, but still no refund!! I have now raised a complaint with Paypal to hopefully get my money back through them as I am getting nowhere with Porsche!!! I am seriously disappointed in Porsche as a company and expected more from such an elite brand.

True Score = ZERO

True Score = ZERO. Trying to return an item - failed to provide a "DHL returns label" or an "enclosed envelope" for it as their documentation said. AND paperwork states I must have a PROFORMA INVOICE to return the item - they failed to include one!!!
AND DHL do not collect; I have to take time out of the business to drive 45 mins away to a DHL drop-off place!! NEVER AGAIN. How can Porsche be so bad?

3 orders all late

3 orders. Shipping takes over a week from order every time, and they are one of those places that report an item “shipped” when it’s actually just had a label printed. Porsche please fix this horrendous off brand experience

Dreadful - Will never use again

With out doubt one of the worst retail experiences ever. Goods did not arrive and after extended period I have given up. Total lack of any help at all despite multiple emails. Will never use again. Dreadful.

Returns are awful! Be warned uk buyers

I have been trying to return an item for days. They didnt send me a returns label as their documentation said. I have written to them 3 times asking for a label and each time just get a link to request one which just brings up an email request. Be warned! All items come from Germany and thanks to brexit you have to export if back to germany

Erwartungen übertroffen!

Toller Shop! Die Auswahl an Produkten ist für mich als langjährige Porsche Fahrerin sehr beeindruckend - vom klassischen Fahrzeugzubehör bis hin zu Lifestyle Produkte.

Die Webseite ist übersichtlich gestaltet und die Suchfunktion erleichtert das Finden der gewünschten Artikel enorm. Die Lieferung erfolgte schneller als erwartet und die Ware war sicher verpackt.

Die Qualität der Produkte ist erstklassig und die Preise sind fair und angemessen. Ich habe bereits mehrere Bestellungen aufgegeben und war jedes Mal rundum zufrieden. Ich kann diesen Onlineshop jedem Porsche Fan wärmstens empfehlen und werde hier definitiv wieder einkaufen.

Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service und die tollen Produkte!

Terrible Customer Service

My wife bought me a leather belt from Shope. Porsche.com for my birthday a couple of years ago. Literally, wore the the 3 times in 3 years. The other day I went to put the $395.00 belt on and noticed that a tiny screw was missing that attached the buckle to the leather belt. I reached out to Shop. Porsche.com and for all practical purposes they told me to "pound salt". The screw probably cost less than a penny as well as me ever purchasing a product from them again. BTW I own Two Porsches.
