Potters Crouch Candles Avaliações

Their vanilla, oud and jasmine is truly my favourite-ever candle and reed fragrance.
I bought my first one from a garden centre, and have subsequently bought the reeds from their website.
For my most recent order (of a reed refill), I was sent the correct fragrance, but the wrong item. I wasn't too concerned, but contacted them just to let them know, and their response was outstanding.
I can keep the wrong item (which I've already used a little of), and they're sending me the correct one too.
Mistakes happen, it's how they're put right that matters.
I just wanted to know if the original item I'd ordered would be back in stock or was out of stock, but they went above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

The most gorgeous smelling candle I have ever had and I am constantly buying candles! I bought 'Fireside' whilst visiting a garden centre in Kent. My only problem is where to buy more, I live in North London and have never seen them in my garden centres. I don't want to order online as I need to smell them!

Warning !!!!!! We have just emailed the company, the tin candle that was used for 30-40 mins Exploded!!!! Luckily we were all in the house and the candle was thrown out of the window, we have video footage, my son burnt his hand, flames reached the ceiling, we are waiting for someone to contact us. My son’s bedroom wall is ruined along with exploding wax all over the place. Thankfully my son ran into action and threw out of his window, looking at the footage by our cameras it nearly set fire to my son’s car parked outside his window, !!!!!!! Please can someone contact us to put out a warning ?????

I have just purchased the Malabar Lemongrass Reed diffuser refill. It's amazing, smells like the sherbet lemon boiled sweets. It's great for this time of year. Plus, the bottle size means you can refill your diffuser twice over.
I have bought items from Potters Crouch many times, and they are hands down the best in the business

They leave the inside of my nose black with soot

I’ve been buying candles from potters crouch candles since it started many years ago, my favourite is fireside it has all the smells of autumn, I love Indian flowers and rhubarb & custard for summer fragrances, African spice is also a nice one for the winter months.. I buy them because they use soy wax and the scents last long

I was introduced to Potter’s Crouch a few years ago by my sister, who is an ardent fan. Over the years, my whole family have been converted and the products now feature on everyone’s Christmas list! I’m currently burning the African Spice candle - it’s divine! Reminds me of being a teenager in the 1970s Hahahaha. I had reason to call up yesterday to query an order which hadn’t arrived. Turned out it was a computer glitch. The man I spoke to was just delightful, and offered to send my item by overnight delivery. It duly arrived today, along with an apology note, soap and little chocolate bar. What a lovely gesture, and what amazing customer service. One very happy customer indeed!

Visited Potters Crouch candles yesterday and as always everyone was super friendly and helpful.
All their products are lovely, I have had the candles and the melts and my house smells amazing even over the odour of my 2 dogs.

I cannot be more impressed with everything Potters Crouch do! I fell in love with their candles during the first lockdown when their hyacinth and bluebell candles were constantly burning and the scent made things feel a bit better! Such a glorious smell! I’ve since bought many different scents - all amazing and gift these to friends. They are so reasonably priced yet seem so high end what’s not to love! I recently tried their new ‘wellness candles range’ and wow another hit with me and my family! My 6 year old always notices when one is burning and tells me how nice the house smells! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Another successful delivery.
Excellent service & communication. Lovely!

Very fast delivery. Really pleased with my order. It was a birthday present

Excellent service and beautiful scents. Keep up the good work. Thank you

Potters Crouch candles are, in our opinion, the very best in every respect.

For scent, for long lasting pleasure, for value and attractiveness.

From ordering on line to safe and timely delivery - excellent service. However, if you live within striking distance of St Albans, as we once did, a visit to the Potters Crouch Candle shop is an absolute must.

Always excellent - customer service second to none and their candles smell divine. Highly recommended for good value and beautiful smelling candles.

We love your candles and reed diffusers, and they make excellent gifts. Ordering is easy, and delivery prompt.
