Daffodil and narcissus - beautiful fragrance

My sister recommended them with high praise. I purchased some tea lights but couldn't get them to stay lit as the wax kept on drowning the flame out and was sent a replacement. Then I ordered some as gifts but when I checked, they had been packaged incorrectly, so the same tea lights were in the different boxes. This was then sorted but I decided that I would not order anything else. For Christmas my sister purchased many boxes for gifts and a couple were for me as she still loved the fragrances. One evening, after lighting 3 tea lights in my beautiful dorma holder, one of them caught fire. As my partner tried to put the flame out, I filmed it to show them. I was not happy with their response as they appeared to imply that either myself or my sister always had a problem with their products and nothing has been done about it since. I was bamboozled by a very in depth, scientific explanation and statistics to say that this never happens but then there had been some recorded incidents of it happening, albeit very few but this then highlighted that it could happen. They mentioned that candle holder makers tend to think about the aesthetics rather than what makes a safe holder but this was an experienced brand I had purchased mine from. I have tea lights I won't use and my holder has been thrown away. Will never shop with them again. Also during this time, I had to chase them up repeatedly for a response. What has happened to customer service and the want pf companies to keep customers happy? I have had to give one star as it wouldn't post otherwise.

Very happy with the wax melts they are amazing. The candle has a strong smell but when you light it doesn't release any fragrance at all. (Green jasmine full size candle.)

I loved the fragrances which linger beautifully even after the candle is extinguished. Fragrances true to description. Lovely products and great service. Thank you

Bought a candle as a gift. Fast service along with a little card with my message inside. It's the finishing touches like this that makes a difference. Brilliant customer service. Gorgeous candle too my friend said.

Lovely long lasting scent
The wax melts are one of my favourites
Prompt delivery and a very easy site to shop from.

Great service.Personal touch to parcel.Lovely people to deal with. Candles are great.

Nice scent, but, unfortunately the wick has been set off centre so the candle isn’t burning the wax evenly. I’m hoping this is just a one off.

This was a present for a fiend and she really loved them. She told me that the melts were the best she'd ever had and she wouldn't be going anywhere else for them from now on.

I was recently given a Potters Crouch candle as a Christmas gift and was so delighted with the scent I wanted to explore more. The sample packs are a fabulous idea. I purchased all 3 of the 4 Fragrance Sample Packs and have picked my favourites to buy the full size versions. The sample packs arrived very quickly in nicely presented boxes with a little information about each scent. Would make great gifts too.

Really struggled to find candles that actually fill a room with the scent stated however these candles are great. Some are stronger than others but they all smell fab. The diffusers are good too you can actually smell the fragrance the entire time until it’s empty where as many brands I’ve tried before are pointless. Purchased many products from this company and will continue to do so 👍🏼

De geurstokjes zijn heel goed ik ga er nog bestellen

I am so impressed with Potters Crouch. I have been purchasing from them for years for my B&B, before having a break for a year or two. I ordered Christmas presents for my family and friends. There was a delay with one of the parcels. I contacted the office and the gentleman who dealt with my concerns, could not have been more helpful. Speaking with the courier company and keeping me informed all the way. I have recently ordered four candles for my daughter's birthday, online. I called the office and spoke with Jo, requesting that the candles were boxed and wrapped in tissue, as per the Christmas orders. This was agreed. The box arrived, with beautifully wrapped candles. Like me,(my family and friends) my daughter loves Potters Crouch candles. I really love the customer service offered too. Thank you and keep doing what you're doing.

They smell great, are packaged nicely and burn for such a long time. Absolutely love these candles.

Beautiful candles!! The gorgeous smell continues from the first day you light them right through to the end of the candle life. They burn lovely and evenly with not a lot of waste. I have bought hundreds of candles and by far these are the best I've had.

Just received my second order from this company and really happy with the products. The fragrances are true to their name and just fills the room with a beautiful natural scent and not overpowering,I would definitely recommend these candles.
