my order havent even been sent its been 9 days i since i ordered they havent responded to my emails in over 3 days now so please take action and get my package sent and i might change my trustpilot

Forventede levering var for 4 dage siden.. men UPS har ikke fået pakken endnu, Pouchland har kun oprettet label til den.. Kundeservice svarer mig ikke, og UPS siger at de ikke kan gøre noget ved det. Det er virkelig dårlig service, og falsk reklame - de skriver på deres hjemmeside at leveringstiden er “2-3 business days”.. der er nu gået snart en uge, og har intet hørt, andet end at de har printet mit label… fedt.

Ordered on monday with express shipping, its friday and my shipping is still stuck on label created, no communication, nothing. Will not be ordering again.

I’m absolutely stunned that you keep lying. I have replied to all of your emails and even wrote several e-mails that you have not replied to. This can be easily proven via screenshots.
I am asking for a refund and have been for a long time now.
Your communication is terrible, your service is terrible.

According to the tracking number my package was delivered on April 28th. I do not want to receive that package anymore due to the extremely bad communication and dishonesty.

So all I am asking is that the package is sent back and that I get a full refund since it has been at the pickup location for a long time now.

If you want to be helpful, you’ll let me know when the package will be returned so I can receive a refund.

I placed an order on April 11th and still haven't received anything 16 days later. When I wrote an email I got an automated response saying my package would be arriving soon. Yesterday I then received an email saying my order had been delivered but it hadn't. I am demanding a full refund and cannot recommend this shop
