I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I received half my order, I call and am put on hold for HOURS. When someone finally picked up, I was told they would "look into it" and... NOTHING.
I emailed... no response.

We made an order of tables and chairs via the praktiker.gr website with an estimated delivery of 7-10 working days. After ~15 days and no notificaitons of the delivery status, I started making calls once every weeeks. The items according to customer support were to arrive the very coming week, then the coming week, then finally, after 1.5 months of no notifications and me calling consistently re the status, customer support told me that they did not know what was holding the order up. I have decided to cancel it and request my money back. Let's see how that goes now ...

From my side, I'm not going to attempt ordering from their website. It's just absurd not informing the user at all during the order, and the customer service not having a clue of where the items are and making false claims that they would arrive the following week.

Not really a reason for the e-shop if the products never arrive and there's no useful customer service.

It's been almost a month since I've order quite a lot of big products from there, that would arrive within max 10days. I called them twice already but I didn't get any useful information. It's such a pity to have decent products and not be able to get them if they don't fit in your car and you have to order them online. I will need those things soon, so if they don't arrive this week, I'm gonna cancel and buy them from another store. Seing all the reviews here and after my experience, I am not going to order anything from praktiker.gr again, they have to do something to fix this.

We ordered items from the their web store in 14/5/2023, all items were immediate available It is now 31/5/20233, no goods have arrived. We have tried contacting them lot of times, no luck, no one interested. No one knows what is happening with my order and when i will get my items. This company will cease trading very soon and people will loose their jobs.

This company will cease trading very soon given these reviews. If only it made sense to the people who work there that they will no longer have a job unless they develop some competence in fullfilling orders. They can only be described as scammers at the moment.

Made an order on April 1, today is May 9 and still waiting. I have been calling them every day and noone will help me. They transfer me to different people all the time and in the end they hang up. Horrible service!

Παρηγγειλα δυο συσκευες με την ενέργεια Ανακυκλώνω. Μετα απο σχεδον δυο μηνες και άπειρα τηλέφωνα δεν έχουν έρθει να πάρουν τις συσκεύες προς ανακύκλωση ακόμη και τώρα που γράφω! Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά!

Bad customer sevice.
Half of order arrived 2 weeks later.
1,5 month later still waiting for the return of the money for the remaining half of the order which was never sent.
Chaotic service.
Nobody really is interested.
It seems as if they are there just to get paid their salary. Not at all interested in their job.

παρήγγειλα μια καφετιέρα, πήρε περίπου 2 ώρες μέχρι το σύστημα να καταχωρήσει την πληρωμή. Υποτίθεται η καφετιέρα βρίσκεται στο πλησιέστερο υποκατάστημα, υπέθεσα ότι μέσα σε 24 ώρες θα μου έιχαν στείλει μήνυμα παραλαβής. Τζίφος, τους κάλεσα και μετά από 10 λεπτά και 2 διαφορετικούς υπαλλήλους η γραμμή έπεσε στο κενό. Τους ξανακάλεσα και μετά από άλλα 5 λεπτά αναμονής πάλι δεν έβγαλα γραμμή, ξανέπεσα στο κενό! Σημειωτέον, η υπάλληλος δεν μου έδωσε τον αριθμό τηλεφώνου του πλησιέστερου καταστήματος, συνεπώς ο μόνος τρόπος επικοινωνίας είναι μέσω του 2109940000. Άχρηστοι.

Το να έχεις ένα τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, δεν σημαίνει αυτόματα ότι έχεις και εξυπηρέτηση. Άθλια κατάσταση, δύο εβδομάδες και ακόμα δεν έχει παραδοθεί η παραγγελία, απορώ ποιός δουλεύει στις αποθήκες και τι κάνουν εκτός από το να το ξύνουν! Ερασιτεχνισμός μέχρι αηδίας. Αυτή η χώρα παραμένει ακριβώς η ίδια εδώ και 30 χρόνια! Αναγούλα και εμετός!

Bad customer service and big delays in delivery times.
Unfortunately we made very bad experiences ordering from the e shop at praktiker Greece.
Already the second time, but this time is the last time we ever ordered there.
We ordered 10 days ago and after contacting customer service we were told that it might take until the end of the month.
This exceeds given delivery time by 2 weeks.
The customer service is not helpful. They do not offer solutions.
Save your time and buy things somewhere else.

I have ordered fron the e-shop and kitchen table with chairs and they were available at the time i ordered them. Today I checked how how the process was going and surprise surprise the items weren't available. I called the customer support, I got to talk to 2 persons which connected me to a 3rd one. I was waiting for 35 minutes on the phone and nobody answered. I have never seen such an awful customer support ever like this. They are rude and they ignore their customers. I sent them a message after I was ignored on the phone demanding to make clear if I will get my things and I asked to be notified the same day. All I got was an reply from a bot. That was my first and last online buy from them.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM PRAKTIKER.
IT IS A HUGE SCAM. THEY DON'T DELIVERY YOUR ORDER AND IF YOU CANCEL YOU DON'T RECEIVED THE MONEY BACK.

NIET WINKELEN PRAKTIKER HELLAS
Ik heb eind mei 2022 een bestelling geplaatst bij Praktiker Hellas. Het geld kwam meteen van mijn kaart - honderden euro's. Het is 19 juli en ik heb mijn bestelling nog steeds NIET ontvangen. Herhaalde telefoontjes, het interesseert ze gewoon niet.
Gewoon oplichters zijn het. En ook verwijzen ze je naar de transporteur, maar wat heb ik eraan!! Ik heb toch niet bij de transporteur besteld.

ΜΗΝ ΑΓΩΝΙΖΕΤΕ ΠΡΑΚΤΕΙΤΕ ΕΛΛΑΣ
Έκανα μια παραγγελία στην Praktiker Hellas στα τέλη Μαΐου 2022. Τα χρήματα ήρθαν κατευθείαν από την κάρτα μου - εκατοντάδες ευρώ. Είναι 19 Ιουλίου και ακόμα ΔΕΝ έχω λάβει την παραγγελία μου. Επαναλαμβανόμενα τηλεφωνήματα, απλά δεν τους νοιάζει.
Είναι απλά απατεώνες. Και σε παραπέμπουν και στον μεταφορέα, αλλά τι στο καλό!! Εγώ πάντως δεν παρήγγειλα από τον μεταφορέα.

Περιμένω 2 μήνες για να παραλάβω την παραγγελία μου που έχω εξοφλήσει και από δικό τους λάθος

I placed an order with Praktiker Hellas on 30 April, 2022. The money came off my card immediately - hundreds of euro. It is 30 June and I still have NOT received my order. Repeated phone calls and emails, they just don't care. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

Ordered a desk online which I knew I would have to build myself. What they didn't mention was that I would need a hammer, drill and about 4hrs of my time! This isn't what 'flat-pack' and DIY should be.
I called to sort this out and someone who spoke Greek incredibly fast asked for my number and then hung up.
Will stick with Ikea in future.

Absolute joke!!! They cancel our order without telling us. We paid by credit card even we called them and pay more for set up and delivery to home. Now when we call the customer service they just transferring one to another, no results!! I hope at least they will return our money back. Do not buy anything from this company, do not order anything especially online!!!

Online και μέσω του eshop αποφάσισα να αγοράσω στις 08/01/2022 ένα προιόν εργαλείο για το σπίτι, που στο site φαινόταν διαθέσιμο για online παραγγελία πατώντας το σχετικό κουμπί ΑΓΟΡΑΣΕ ΤΟ που ήταν ενεργό για προσθήκη του είδους στο καλάθι.
Αφού προχώρησε κανονικά η παραγγελία και ολοκληρώθηκε με πληρωμή μέσω κάρτας με προέγκριση του ποσού στην κάρτα μου, ήρθε στην συνέχεια και το επιβαβαιωτικό Email για την αγορά και την διεκπαιρέωση αποστολή της παραγγελίας σε 4-6 εργάσιμες. Αφού περίμενα-περίμενα και δεν υπήρχε καμία περαιτέρω εξέλιξη ενημέρωση τόσο online αλλά ούτε και με επικοινωνία μέσω Email, είδα μετά από 3 εργάσιμες μια αναπάντητη κλήση στο κινητό μου διάρκειας μόλις 7 δευτερολέπτων από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο των Praktiker (2111052887) που είχε γίνει αργά το απόγευμα της προηγούμενης 11/01/2022. Κάλεσα άμεσα στις 12/01/2022 έτσι το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και με ενημέρωσαν από εκεί ότι δήθεν την προηγούμενη είχε επικοινωνήσει τηλεφωνικά κάποιος υπάλληλος τους μαζί μου και με είχε ενημερώσει ότι το προιόν δεν είναι διαθέσιμο. Παραπονέθηκα έντονα αναφέροντας τους ότι κανένας δεν είχε επικοινωνήσει μαζί με (εκτός εάν θεωρούν την αναπάντητη κλήση των 7 δευτερολέπτων ως τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία). Επίσης τους ανέφερα ότι το προιόν την στιγμή της αγοράς ήταν διαθέσιμο καθώς εμφανιζόταν στο eshop διαθέσιμο και μπορούσε κανείς να το αγοράσει πατώντας το ανάλογο κουμπί. Ανάλογα αναφέρονται και στους όρους αγορών του site της Praktiker. Δεν είναι δυνατόν να εμφανίζονται προιόντα διαθέσιμα προς αγορά στο site eshop του καταστήματος, ενώ στην πραγματικότητα δεν είναι! ΑΠΑΤΗ ΔΗΛΑΔΗ! Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση για τα προιόντα που δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα υπήρχε η δυνατότητα τηλεφωνικής ερώτησης με ανάλογη επικοινωνία πράγμα το οποίο δεν ήταν στην δική μου περίπτωση, εφόσον το κουμπί αγοράς ήταν ενεργό. Με ενημέρωσε επίσης ο υπάλληλος κατά την διάρκεια της τηλεφωνικής μας επικοινωνίας ότι θα ακύρωνε επίσης την παραγγελία λόγω μη διαθεσιμότητας του είδους αυτού και με αποδέσμευση του ποσού από την κάρτα μέχρι τέλος της εβδομάδας δηλαδή την Παρασκευή 14/01/2022. Καλοπροαίρετα εγώ τον ρώτησα στο τηλέφωνο εάν θα μπορούσα να αλλάξω την παραγγελία με άλλο ανάλογο είδος φυσικά μεγαλύτερης κατηγορίας απόδοσης, στην ίδια όμως τιμή καθώς το λάθος δεν ήταν δικό μου αλλά δικό τους. Μου απάντησε ο υπάλληλος στο τηλεφωνο ότι θα μπορούσα να αλλάξω την παραγγελία αφού θα πλήρωνα την επιπλέον διαφορά με το νέο είδος μεγαλύτερης κατηγορίας. ΦΥΣΙΚΑ ΑΡΝΗΘΗΚΑ ΚΑΙ ΤΟΥ ΕΙΠΑ ΝΑ ΠΡΟΧΩΡΗΣΕΙ ΣΤΗ ΑΚΥΡΩΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΛΟΓΩ ΔΙΚΗΣ ΤΟΥΣ ΥΠΑΙΤΙΟΤΗΤΑΣ. Για να κατοχυρωθώ και παρόλο ότι οι συνομηλίες καταγράφονται από μεριάς του Praktiker, και εγώ τους έστειλα τα προηγούμενα γραπτώς και με Email. Παραδόξως και ενώ δεν απαντούσαν μέχρι τότες στα Email μου, έλαβα την επόμενη μέρα 13/01/2022 κάποιο ηλεκτρονικό μήνυμα με θέμα ότι αδυνατούν δήθεν να επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου (δηλαδή ότι τους έδωσα λάθος στοιχεία), ότι δήθεν λυπούνται για την αναστάτωσή μου, κτλπ. δίνοντάς μου και ένα άλλο τηλεφωνικό νούμερο να επικοινωνήσω κατευθείαν το 2111052769 το οποίο όσες φορές και εάν το καλούσα ακουγόταν το ηχητικό μήνυμα "ο αριθμός που καλέσατε δεν είναι διαθέσιμος αυτήν την στιγμή για τεχνικούς λόγους. Παρακαλώ προσπαθήστε πάλι αργότερα". Μάλιστα ισχυρίζονταν ότι το κινητό μου τηλέφωνο που τους είχα δώσει ήτανε λάθος καθώς μου ζητούσανε άλλον εναλακτικό αριθμό. ¨ΕΤΣΙ ΤΗΝ ΕΠΟΜΕΝΗ ΜΕΡΑ 14/01/2022 ΤΟΥΣ ΕΣΤΕΙΛΑ ΩΣ ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ ΦΩΤΟΓΡΑΦΙΑ ΤΗΣ ΟΘΟΝΗΣ ΤΟΥ ΚΙΝΗΤΟΥ ΜΟΥ ΜΕ ΤΗΝ ΑΝΑΠΑΝΤΗΤΗ ΚΛΗΣΗ ΤΩΝ 7 ΔΕΥΤΕΡΟΛΕΠΤΩΝ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΤΗΛΕΦΩΝΙΚΟ ΤΟΥΣ ΚΕΝΤΡΟ. Επιπλέον ξανακάλεσα στις 14/01/2022 μέσω του τηλεφωνικού τους κέντρου το eshop προκειμένου την επανάληψη της επιθυμίας μου να ακυρωθεί η παραγγελία εφόσον δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα και καθώς μέχρι εκείνη την χρονική στιγμή δεν είχε γίνει ακόμη τίποτα, και το ποσό της αγοράς παρέμενε μπλοκαρισμένο στην κάρτα μου. Τώρα όμως ο άλλος υπάλληλος μου έλεγε άλλα πάλι, ότι δηλαδή δεν έχει γίνει ακόμη η ακύρωση της παραγγελίας και θα την έκανε αυτός εκείνη την ώρα. ΑΣΥΝΕΝΟΗΣΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΑΝΟΡΓΑΝΩΣIA ΠΛΗΡΗΣ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ Praktiker Hellas. ΕΧΟΥΝΕ ΧΑΣΕΙ ΤΑ ΑΒΓΑ ΚΑΙ ΤΑ ΠΑΣΧΑΛΙΑ! Με διαβεβαίωσε ο νέος υπάλληλος στο τηλέφωνο ότι θα χρειαζόντουσταν λίγες εργάσιμες μέρες ακόμα μέχρι να πάει στο λογιστήριο η εντολή ακύρωσης και έτσι στην συνέχεια να αποδεσμευτεί τελικά το ποσό από την κάρτα μου. We ordered from the E shop online 6th June paid with our card few days later they cancelled our order without telling us. We had to drive to the Heraklion store and ask why they cancelled order then had to reorder again they took payment it’s now 20th July still no delivery many calls. If you want a 1950s shopping experience before computers in a third world setting then this is the place to shop. And they outsource delivery to a second party so you have to deal with another company it’s appalling service and they seem to get away with it and calling the E shop office in Athens is a joke poor poor service still know goods €900 order.
