We bought a toilet seat here, it's terrible quality and shoddy. The staff were lazy and unhelpful. When we tried to pay their card machines were not working and instead of explaining why, we were told to wait. No one told us why we had to wait and then the cashier shut her desk and walked off, leaving us standing wondering what was going on. We got the cash together, paid and left, vowing never to return. It was truly awful customer service. Avoid if you can.

The Heraklion store staff are rude, inefficient and unhelpful. I will not go there again.

This is really a company to avoid!!! I made an order in April asking them to deliver end of May, beginning of June. They never delivered!! Called them a thousand times with no result!!! Emails were never answered. Asked for the people I already had on the phone: oh? this person doesn't work here anymore. Our lawyer called them several times, NO RESULT!! We never had our order and then begun the fight, and really: if you don't deliver, you pay back, logic isn't it?? After one month of stalking them they finally paid us back. But what a tragedy! Incompetent company, unprofessional, a complete fiasco! DON'T ORDER THERE!!!

I had a great experience with the customer support of praktiker.gr
I wanted to make changes to the delivery address of the purchased product and the way the courrier should deliver. The woman (I think her name was Meletia) made the changes quickly and easily.
What is amazing, is that later she called me (!!) to ask if I wanted to make another addition to the changes that I should have asked but I forgot!!
I have never had such an experience with any shopping support and I want to congratulate Praktiker.gr for having such employees who respect and add value to their job.

The location in Burgas, Bulgaria, is a complete joke - the staff, including management, is a bunch of completely clueless, untrained and unhelpful and low IQ creatures, who provide customer service that is light years away from what I am used to.It's so absurd, that it is hilarious and entertaining - it's like meeting strangers from another galaxy. Their motto " There is always a solution" sounds like an oxymoron when the customer is repeatedly told, that once you pay for an item, you can't have your money back, even if the product is damaged or is missing a part.Their excuse - " But you've already paid for it"! Epic failure!

Nice shop to find anything you need for home, even plants. But prices sometimes are too high.
