My order suddenly became “partially shipped” the day before 1 of 2 items arrived.
Still waiting for the other. I can only assume that they take me for an utter mug.
Will not be ordering from prezzybox again.

We first met here jigsaw -user error
I wrote a pretty negative review on here at the weekend, after the item I had ordered turned up with the wrong information on it.
It turns out, this was completely my mistake - user error on inputting the postcode. The team at Prezzybox very patiently managed my moaning and grumbling, and then politely shared the reason the highlighted location on the personalised jigsaw I'd ordered was incorrect.
I feel pretty embarrassed, but just wanted to say that throughout the whole process the Prezzybox team were calm, polite and focused on trying to get to the bottom of the matter.
Lesson to me is to pay more attention when trying to personalise a gift...
Thanks for your help, sorry for being a bit of an idiot.

Good item and good customer service
Goods were great. Delivery took much longer than expected. Contacted Prezzybox who were great and apologised and resolved.
Ordered same items again as so good and delivery came quickly.
