Helped make a comic for a friend
Retired graphic designer who helped artist produce comic book from his hand drawings. I had to copy and clean up a lot of the graphics then lay them out on pages. PrintNinja rep was very helpfully in sending samples of papers and finishes plus sample comics. Very reasonable cost for short run 100 publication.

Looks beautiful but a major quality issue.
Very satisfied with the quality of my printed books. There was a printing error on some of the copies and I was offered a reprint at no charge, completely hassle free. The staff is very quick to respond and answer any questions you have. I will definitely be returning when I need more copies printed!
UPDATE 3/28: I was just informed by a customer of mine who is a teacher that the pages of my book are falling out when the book is opened up to lay flat, which is what a teacher will do when they want to display pages to their class. This happened on the second day the book was in her possession. To be sure this wasn’t a bigger issue, I checked with TWO unsold copies I had and sure enough when opened up flat the pages just fell out. I’m afraid to continue doing this with the rest of my copies but suspect it would be the same result.
I understand that the US facility does not sew in the pages before gluing but I would imagine that the gluing process in perfect binding should be strong enough to keep even unsewn pages intact for much longer than a single reading. This is a children’s book and it needs to be able to hold up to being opened like this.
I had ordered prints of my previous book through Amazon KDP and those pages are also glued in but have held tight for several years now.
I’m really disappointed by this revelation, as I had said in an earlier review the print quality is beautiful but I cannot continue to print with a company that manufactures books with pages that fall out. I am hoping this is a case of bad glue or glue that wasn’t applied properly.
I am waiting to find out what the Print Ninja plans to do to rectify the situation. For now I am keeping the rating at a five as their customer support for my previous issue was excellent. Hoping I can keep it that way after they respond to this issue.

Fantastic customer service. Very responsive and great help. I didn’t know about the paper sample pack before ordering and maybe that’s a research error on my behalf, but I do I wish this was more front and center as a resource option. Or that there were more resources for understanding order specs. That said their website does already have many guides if you look for them and those helped me learn a lot as a first time buyer.

I am very satisfied with my experience! The proofing process has a bit of a learning curve but the proofing team was super helpful and came back with clear instructions and feedback. The turn around time is what was promised and the end product looked great! 10/10 would recommend!

Always a Fantastic Experience
It is always a pleasure working with PrintNinja! I have printed with them 5 times and each time they make the process super easy. Not to mention, they do a great job of proofing your book to ensure the utmost quality. There's been quite a few things where they spotted issues I didn't and we got them fixed before they printed. The books themselves are amazing quality and I get compliments on them all the time. I can't see myself ever switching to another printer.

Print Ninja insured a timeless, museum quality work of art
Print Ninja has been a fantastic partner to work with, and was directly responsible for this project yielding one of the finest books our organization has produced.
The Order of St John is a Royal Order of Chivalry, a UN-recognized Non-Governmental Organization, and a first aid and health care charity with 'feet on the ground' in over 40 countries. We hold ourselves to high standards.
A book documenting our history and members in the United States had to meet those same high standards. We had content creators to do the project justice. We needed a printing agent that could take their content and deliver the publication we envisioned.
Print Ninja exceeded our requirements. They guided us through the process start to finish, helped us get prepress right, oversaw overseas printing and binding, and delivered to our doorstep volumes that met every expectation.
Campbell Royales, our agent within the company, Simon on the admin team, and Sam and Jen on pre-press went above and beyond the call. We did not know everything printing our book would require. They did. With Campbell walking us step by step through the process, we were able to deliver to our subscribers a coffee table-quality end result.
