I will write a longer review next week after I complete a more thorough review of the facts and timeline, but net, net this was the worst private flight experience I’ve ever had. Also, when you check out their 5 star reviews, it is even that they are buying reviews. The majority of the viewers that I looked up only had the one review in their history.

never received a response from them...as other writers already mentioned - try other aircraft brokers...

Avoid like the plague, terrible customer service, disorganised and don’t respond to calls or emails. I had a very bad experience dealing with them. Maybe the good reviews on here had a different country branch but the Uk branch was awful.

Tried this service twice and still no response from them.
For the first request, they sent a generic reply email and I provided more info for the flight .. it's still showing 0 days Awaiting Quotes in my account as no one replied.
Same situation with the other flight request.
Ended up contacting a place called LTM jets and got a much faster response and booking sorted.

As someone said below with the reviews, it's very interesting to see that all of their 5 star reviews are from new users. Puzzles me why these new charter companies need to buy fake reviews instead of just concentrating on providing good service.

LunaJet, Netjets, XO and even VistaJet that's a direct operator and not a broker has a review average in the yellow and under 20 reviews for all of these companies. Yet PrivateFly expects persons to believe their almost 900+ 5 star reviews?!?! As a charter broker they should know too that the average private jet passenger has no time to sit and write reviews. Hence why the companies with "real" reviews have so little.
But I guess that's their trick to fool the public.

Improve your service!

I have been a JetCard holder for 18 months, but never imagined that I would need to use the facility which guaranteed an aircraft as little as 24 hours before departure. However, due to a hip injury whilst on holiday in the USA, I recently needed to do just that. The whole process was as smooth as silk and more or less 24 hours after I raised my initial request, we were on a plane from Scottsdale, Arizona to Los Angeles. Thank you to Steven W-G and all the team at Privatefly for your wonderful service.

A cheap con operation in which people fill out a request for a private charter, but instead they get rung by salesmen trying to sell them fractional ownership in planes.

Avoid at all costs.

Curious, by the way, how all of their "5 star" reviews come from accounts with zero history of posting before or since....don't you think?

Our experience of using PrivateFly was excellent. We had a very important event we had to attend and found it impossible due to logistics to get there by regular flight or train. PrivateFly not only enabled us to get to where we needed to be and back at the right time, but the whole experience was like a military operation. If you're rich enough to fly private occasionally but not rich enough to buy your own plane, this is for you. They were super responsive on answering my numerous questions about the process and the flight it self went smooth as silk.

Steven W-G has been absolutely fantastic. HIs attention to detail, response time and help in walking novice through the process has been exceptional. Used the company last year for one charter flight which was faultless and now Steven taking care of multiple flights this year which has been seamless in terms of advice and organisation.
