AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Customer service is non existing. Strongly advise you potential shoppers to AVOID this company completely !! Find another one there are plenty better ones unless you want to throw your money down the drain!!!

I purchased a pair of motorcycle boots. The zip went in week 1, no answer back from numerous emails and contact attempts. Very disappointed in the quality and customer services. Always leaves a bad taste, I will never use them again.

I bought waterproof motorcycle jacket used twice in the rain and it’s not waterproof got absolutely soaking wet water running down my arms I would not buy this product I offered to send it back for testing but pro first obviously not confident in product as refused to do this remember the old saying you get what you pay for and in this case it’s true

I ordered the motorcycle jacket and trousers, Stated as waterproof! NOT EVEN SHOWER PROOF! I got soaked! The zip has broke the hanging tab ripped and I never received the balaclava! Contacted and got told to get the zip repaired! That was within the first week! Won’t reply to me now, gear will probably be better of in the bin! I want a refund! Can return the gear it’s useless! Ordered a set of oxford textiles quality is a million times better! Stay away if you want to keep yourself safe poor customer service!

Ordered a few items and all poor quality but usable. The boots came with the wrong colour and the zipper damaged on the first pull. Been trying to sort a solution out for almost 4 weeks. they even put me texting into a WhatsApp number (how professional is this??). And they even manage to ignore my messages trying to sort my problem.

Now I have open a dispute on PayPal due to a wrong and damaged item received.

Costumer service below zero rating.

Ordered a full set of bike gear except the helmet. Very happy with everything. Good quality for the price. Well made and everything fits as it should. Quick dispatch and delivery was early. Good communication. I would buy again from this vendor.

I've only had one experience dealing with this company, Cowboys is the only way to describe them. I bought "Waterproof" motorbike boots from them in October this year, two days ago, (27/12/2019), was the first time i was riding in damp,(not full on rain), and boots were like teabags, my feet were soaked up to my ankle, (where my waterproof trousers were), looking at reviews, loads of people have had the same problem, so they know they are not waterproof, but are still selling them as waterproof, i am reporting them to the relevant authorities, but people need to be aware of this in the meantime, I've reported them to Amazon, (which i bought through), and hopefully they will stop them, (at the very least), advertising these boots as waterproof.

useless, told delivery was today, waited n nothing. contacted delivery company n they've not even received anything from seller.
now I'm 130 quid down n wasted most my day trying to get a reply.

I returned goods as they were rated as medium and they arrived as extra large. I returned them on the 22nd, August .They sent me an email saying they had refunded me but up to today 30th. September I have not received anything.I have phoned the UK number numerous times, emailed seven times and used online help but nothing. Why have these people got a good rating ??????

The jacket I ordered came today as promised, and price and quality
is on a par with the trousers I purchased in January, first class service, thank you:)))).

Gear is top notch! Ordered “Fasten” style suit when it came with jacket, pants, and gloves for really cheap. With shipping to USA it was only $157! I do adventure touring riding. I’m 6’ 4” 245lbs. I measured according to the measurements. I needed a 3xl jacket and pants, and 2xl gloves. Jacket and gloves fit perfect. Pants were a little loose, but all the items have excellent size adjusting straps that allowed for perfect sizing and room to grow. Very comfy, and stout. Looks to last for awhile. Gloves had some threads come out. I mended it and no other complaints. I’ve yet to try the pants. They felt comfy just walking around in them. Very warm with the liners in.

Trousers delivered very promptly. Fit is good, will be checking the waterproofing soon, but if they are as good as the jacket, I don't expect any problems
