Trousers appear well made , delivered very quickly and extremely good value.I would use Profirst again and would recommend them.

Well I bought a mega deal to begin with, after a week it never arrived, I messaged Sam, (WhatsApp) on their site. Sam rang me back straight away to be told that the Royal Mail had lost my parcel, he proceeded by then giving me a full refund, I ordered again and it was here within two days. Although I was frustrated about Royal Mail losing my parcel that’s nothing to do with pro first. The customer service I received was top class, it’s a shame all company’s couldn’t work in the same way. Oh and the products look and feel amazing. A** will definitely buy again.

Fast Delivery and kept up to date with delivery.

Paid for next day delivery but never actually got my parcel. 4 days of phone calls = 4 days of lies. Registered a complaint with pay pal and got my money back.
Disgraceful lack of service , only beaten by constant lies.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I was reassured that I could exchange the items if it didn’t fit. No responses now. Completely ignoring WhatsApp messages and not answering the phone when calling. Will be filing with trading standards. Delivery was great and products seem great but as for follow up a complete waste. Don’t purchase from them

After 9 days of waiting for a next day delivery, 9 days of ignored phone calls & emails, they finally admitted they hadn't sent the order. Awaiting refund but Trading Standards are aware of them & are now dealing with them.

Delivery service and product was good but after care service is rubbish

Top class service from a top class company. I couldn’t find these gloves anywhere and finally came across them here at Profirst where they not only had them in my size but they were on sale! Definitely recommend to anyone

Ordered for next day delivery. No order given to DPD. No one answering the phone or emails.

12h later after ordering the package was sent. Tracking number was updated. Delivery was super fast to Germany. Sizes are perfect and quality is really good for the price. I am really happy with the product and satisfied with the shop.

Cannot believe the price! What a bargain. I have only worn this jacket twice but love it. Great fit, very stylish and seems to be well made. I love the decoration and the reflective strips. A very comfortable jacket, fantastic value for money and speedy delivery.
Ps I haven't worn it in the rain yet but hopefully it will be ok.
