Architects
This platform is unsuitable for professionals, particularly architects. The leads provided are mostly for amateur design projects with limited budgets, often within rural demand areas. I would not advise wasting your time, money, and effort here.

They also offered me online work, I'm a single mom. Different people connecting you. Told me to deposit money as a task never gave it back. Scamming people already struggling is bad.

You were not contacted by Procompare. You were approached by someone else pretending to be ProCompare. I suggest you report this to the police.

IDM Solutions (Heinrich Brits) was fully paid for my project (R218 500) by week 3 which he said would take 4 weeks to complete - and cost R150k originally. After week 4, I have no kitchen or toilet connections and I'm sitting with empty raw walls and Mr Heinrich is missing. I do NOT recommend disguised thieves referred to by Procompare.

We want to clarify that we no longer work with that service provider and have taken all possible steps to sanction them. Unfortunately, a professional who previously performed well may fail to meet expectations over time. Rest assured, this particular provider was banned from our platform immediately after this incident. We genuinely regret the inconvenience and are here to support you in any way we can move forward.

Procompares Service of Excellence
I needed to get the waterproofing done at my home. I used Procompares website to request the waterproofing and was surprised to have received a list of reputable companies almost immediately. I got the quotes that I needed and secured a company within the same day. Their professionalism and efficiency was a welcomed surprise. With my hectic work schedule I did not have the time to call around to find these companies. I would definitely recommend them and make use of their website and service again. Regards, Lt. Colonel Nagessur
