I reca Mandolin’ from…
I recently purchased a ‘Mandolin’ from the pro cook shop.
The assistant clearly wasn’t aware of what this was, and directed me to a very different item.
If I hadn’t checked online and knew that they stocked this item I could have just left the shop. I eventually found what I was looking for.
When I got the item home, part of it was missing and I was unable to use it that evening as planned.
I had to drive back to the shop the next morning to returned the item.
There were three staff in the shop and all stood at the till point when I walked into the shop.
None of them seemed overly concerned that I had been inconvenienced in this way and was unable to use the item the previous evening.
I was as given a replace which I checked at the till point and left.

Steak knife’s with bread knife
Steaks knives look and are great on the table. Need to remember not to put these in the dish washer though, the bead knife slices though bread with ease also cuts up meet in this case beef with little effort- in summary very pleased with the purchase
