Shop staff courtesy was appalling
Shop staff courtesy was appalling. They need how to engage with customers. They say all the right words but in a condescending way. Awful.

Extremely helpful staff
Extremely helpful staff. I have a problem with one of my Saucepans leaking water onto the hob after being in the dishwasher. The staff member explained how I could get it replaced and that you have my purchasing history on the computer. I bought the saucepans online so she checked where my nearest shop was (Spalding).
