The Epsom shop is well stocked with excellent quality products, and helpful, friendly staff. I bought an Elite stainless frying pan that works perfectly, and at a reasonable price for an item of such quality.

Very good service, listened to what I was saying I was looking for and made recommendations to fit what I needed, they also didn’t try to get me to buy the most expensive knife that fit what I was looking for but more the one that fit what I was looking for best. They were very helpful.

The person who served us was very knowledgeable about knives, and we bought a set. We hadn’t realised just how bad our knives were until we used the new ones. What a difference!!

He talked me through the benefits of each range, according to my needs and there was no heavy selling. Made a huge difference and he got the sale. The knives and other utensils are great, the pan set on its way. Very pleased with the experience of the in person shopping at the Epsom store.

ProCook’s team was very helpful when I was deciding on items I wanted to order, their delivery service was so useful because triply frying pan and large pot were heavy. I also bought other items that would add up in weight so it was perfect that I didn’t have to carry it all. Everything is of really good quality - I’m happy with the entire experience
