Some more staff training might be helpful. The sales assistant charged me for two of an item when I only wanted one. He duly refunded me but didn't appear to understand why and wouldn't give me the one item that I had paid for back! I like your products but I won't be rushing back.

I liked shopping in Procook as I was left to browse but when I had questions they were very helpful and knowledgeable on their products.
Very personable and chatty, which I like.
The shop layout is good though the lady assistant and myself could only just reach the top racks of pans!!
