Lovely friendly staff, the products are just perfect! The non stick pan set that we bought are a dream to work with and cleaning them using minimal effort.

Lady staff member was very helpful and gave good advice towards our choice of saucepans

Friendly, helpful staff who were present but not intrusive. The product range of choice was good. The presentation of my knife was smart without being ostentatious.

I was determined to pick up a decent paring knife and the assistance in the Exeter store was absolutely brilliant - the lovely lady there listened to what I required and was instantly clear on my two choices and the sharpening process for each choice.
I feel I walked out with exactly what I needed. She was excellent indeed and that's so rare these days! Wonderful to be assisted by someone capable of listening and then using their extensive knowledge to actually provide honest, authentic snd effective advice.
