Was able to find what I was looking for…
Was able to find what I was looking for and the shelf, then the member if staff was quick to find me one in a box.
Slight struggle to get a pushchair up the step to get in store, but thr lovely lady took me another, easier way, to get out.

Wonderful experience
Firstly, as my wife has Polio it is so good to have a side entrance with no steps, The store layout is also very well thought out. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you all and hope you have a good 2025

Helpful and friendly
I really love the quality of the items in pro cook, but also the staff in the Harrogate branch are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. When I've had an issue they have promptly resolved it.
