Christmas purchase refund handled nicely. Staff have good knowledge of products and stores.
However your on-line / telephone customer service was not best, very long waits (two hours) on two different days. Otherwise you would have got five stars.

Had to buy one of your procook stainless steel small frying pan was impressive by the quality of the pan bought expensive one but these are as good as the expensive one

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff just a pity the shop itself was so cold!
We felt genuinely sorry for the staff having to work in such a cold shop all day, it was a very cold day but there is no reason in this day and age that people have to work in those conditions.

Amazing customer service, great products and great shop!
Very well stocked shop. Everything was easy to find and staff were very helpful. My whole kitchenware is from precook I absolutely love their Elite range.
Unfortunately I had to return a saucepan as it was faulty. It was covered by the 15 year guarantee. Was the easiest thing to do as staff was so helpful and made my experience pleasurable and stress free instead of trying to make my return a problem like a lot of shops do these days. Very helpful staff so thank you again.

Back for more because they're excellent quality
We got ProCook pans for our wedding 21 years ago and they've served us very well. So when we got a new induction oven and needed new pans, ProCook wqs the obvious choice. The lady in the shop was extremely helpful and we were able to put together our own 10 piece set to exactly meet our family's needs, plus pickjng up a couple of knives and an excellent garlic press (so hard to find!) while we were there. Thanks ProCook, your customer loyalty is well deserved.
