The sales assistant was helpful and efficient and knowledgeable A great service by the lady . The knives are very good quality and there was a lot to choose from. I like the fact they have a ten year warranty on them . Will use pro Cook again as I like their wide choice of kitchen products.

The store is invitingly and clearly set out.
There was a member of staff behind a counter near the entrance and she welcomed me and asked what I was looking for, she then found the item on her screen and directed me to it. I was delighted to find that it wasn’t expensive! Payment was simple and my receipt arrived promptly by email!
I returned a few days later and made another purchase!!
