Saw online what I wanted and it was great having a shop near by to go and take a look at product. Quality was exactly what I liked and shop staff were helpful.

Staff very helpful and friendly

Inferior product. The stainless steel non stick frying pan that was supposed to be non stick is anything but. After following the use/care guidelines to the letter. The eggs stick like glue and had to be scraped off. The bacon was no better. The pan has been relegated to the store room and reverted back to the old Tesco pan. Now I am apprehensive about the rest of set I purchased and the wife says she will not use them. £500 worth of pans sitting in the store room.
