Staff at Street (Clarks Village) were friendly and helpful.
Thw young lady looked for what I wanted out back, offered me one to be sent to my home but I was happy to have the display product. She wrapped it up really well.
I am really pleased with my pro cook pot and the colour is lovely (traditional orange/red.) Looks as good as the LeCruset pot but a fraction of the cost and as far as I can see, it's just as good quality. Thank you.

Went into the store in Clarks village and everyone was honestly so helpful

I wanted to find out if a product was chemical free and trued calling your number twice. I was on hold both times for over ten minutes with no indication of where I was in the queue. I then emailed and revieved a reply that I woukd hear in the next 14 days! I needed the pans so drive to a pro cook shop which was great. You have gorgeous products we are very happy with but your customer service needs vastly improving.

Not being pressured, however I needed to ask for an item ,which was presented. Saved me looking around. Staff knew their stock.well impressed.

Store was laid out well, it was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and happy to help.
