I needed a replacement knife to complete a Pro Cook set. Very helpful shop assistant was able to identify exactly the right knife.

We have bought from Procook for many years and have always being pleased with the products and service.
We needed new frying pans and bought various options - non Procook. Disappointed with them all.
Made a trip to our closest Procook store and came away with three frying pans , a casserole dish and some very neat pan protectors.
So far, so good, we have used each piece and they are superb.
We could buy online but prefer to go to the store - the staff are very helpful.

Pro cook at Street Clarks Village Glastonbury were very helpful.... We brought a Saucepan and had to return it as it was faulty..... The staff were so helpful and exchanged our Saucepan with no quibble at all... All in all a very good and happy experience.... 😊

Told the shop assistant what i required from a tin opener and showed me the exact one I needed and what good solid tin opener it is.

All staff are friendly and knowledgeable and there is a great selection of anything you might want fir the kitchen.

I trust ProCook products and was happy to buy in store recently. The young lady at the till was very helpful showing me how to refill the grinders I purchased. Thank you!

We needed a couple of items and found our previous range not available. A lovely member of staff helped, asking our needs and requirements and found a perfect replacement. So glad we had her advice as we are delighted with our purchases.
