Excellent quality and value, very happy with my purchase and the staff were really helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly to me. Gave me information on my purchase which clinched the deal.

Always a warm welcome and offers to help without being to pushy

The staff in the Truro branch are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They want to make sure you get exactly what you need but if they don’t have what you want they try to assist in other ways. I always try to use this store

Excellent visit to the shop from beginning to the end ! The staff greeted us as we came in , offered friendly helpful advice as we went about our business . Honestly it could not have been bettered !!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I dont think you could be over friendly. It was a pleasure to watch a member of staff go above and beyond to another customer.

We were greeted with a lovely cheerful welcome. We explained what we were looking for. We received lots of advice and were shown a full range of products. Then we were left to investigate the range. There was absolutely NO pressure put on us, a refreshing change!
Excellent customer service! We made a purchase and are very happy!

I always get amazing service whenever I shop in Truro store staff are always friendly and nothing is to much trouble for then to do to make my shop great

Un accueil charmant et souriant.

Great service friendly and efficient

The egg poacher as a product was very poor and in fact dangerous to use. It returned it to you store for a refund. We tried 3 other poachers from the store room and they all had the fault of an ill fitting poacher cup holder where it sits down on the pan, it wobbles and is dangerously insecure. Your very helpful staff member was going to report it as a batch manufacturing fault.

Really lovely friendly staff, not pushy but simplied asked if we needed help. We do not live in cornwall anymore but this shop is a return to. Your staff are your most valuable asset

Staff always very helpful

Excellent service from knowledgeable and patient staff.

Prompt and courteous

Really helpful and pleasant staff. Good product (panini press) which seems well designed.

All your staff are happy helpful and give good advice. Very happy with service.

Ladwho served us and other colleague were very knowledgeable about products and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable xx

Great shop… staff are very friendly and I bought some nice things.
I could’ve carried on buying, but I will be back another day🤣❤️

Your staff were great with my son buying his first set of professional knives as an apprentice chef. They made sure everything was demonstrated really safely and went through everything with him in detail to make sure he was getting exactly what he needed, and went above and beyond to secure the price match he had been offered via his employer’s account. It was actually a really lovely experience and the ladies both made him feel really special. Thanks
