Bad Delivery Service
I purchased 2 dinner set from your Watford branch at a cost of £280.00 on the understanding it was next day delivery!!
That was on Monday 17th march
It is now 23 march and I still haven’t received them !!

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. I needed to think about what knives I might buy as a gift, and I was able to bring away two on approval on 30-day return (if unused) so that the intended recipient can feel the heft and handling of the two different styles with a view to my buying more for them.
