Having used Production Room a number of times in the past they were the obvious choice when looking at a new microphone. Good online site backed up by great service from the staff. While I had a pretty firm idea what I wanted having read reviews I was still impressed by their level of know how. Knowing that they have parking helped and I will definitely be returning when gear lust returns.

Almost every time when I need to buy some music equipment, a new synth or some new cables etc. I choose to buy it from Production Room.
They are a team of professionals willing to help any time with their advise.
Their prices seem quite competitive and collecting LOYALTY POINTS every time you buy something is a big advantage. Everything is alway as they say and parcel delivery always on time.

Production Room were fantastically helpful, knowledgable and professional. They helped us decide on new monitors and a new audio interface for our studio and while giving all the information we needed, gave us room to make our decision without any pressure at all to go "bigger or better" at all. We had a slight issue with our UA Apollo Twin that wasn't working properly when we got it out of it's box but Production Room were happy to replace it with a new one as soon as they could. The coffee they offer is dangerous...as it means you hang around looking at other things to buy but we love it.

Staff really helpful with my purchases. I gave them a budget and they picked out the packages for me. Fast delivery. Will definitely be purchasing from here again.

As someone who has no musical knowledge, buying gifts for my partner who has, can be very traumatic, especially as he has specific requirements relating to home recording. I don't understand what he does or how it works, but it keeps him busy! I have found everyone at Production Room to be very helpful. Their website is simple to use. Getting in touch with someone by phone is quick and easy. Everyone I have spoken to is friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I have bought 4 FX units from Production Room on separate occasions. They have been well packaged and arrived promptly. I have never had to return any item, which is why I have used them again and again. I would highly recommend Production Room to anybody. They hold a large range and their service s fantastic.

Good store and very competitively priced, delivery was exactly when stated within a one hour slot, i found the chat box actually worked! (unlike a lot of websites with nobody at the other end) and got some instant and helpful advice, will be using production room again.

Bought from Producrion Room online before, and decided to pop in when I was in Leeds to check it out . Ended up buying a new synth, and the staff were great and knowledgable . Knew who I was through online orders. It's set up really professional and you can play on the gear. Will get my next purchase from production room.

It's great to have a quality shop like this, that is actually a physical shop, that you can actually go to and hang out in and try stuff out.

I shopped around for a pair of KRK Rockit 5 G3, and a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, after having a chat with an adviser from Production Room, I was offered a good deal, and a great customer service, include instructions on how to use and set up the gear once I had received it, the gear arrived on a day that suited me and I am pleased with the service, and the integrity of the items I eventually purchased... I will be using Production Room again in the future that is for sure.

I have bought a number of different things from Production Room and have always received good advice from the team, items arrive quickly and the price has been good as well.

Next time I am in Leeds I will definitely be paying them a visit.

I went there my first time, because my friend dale recommend me to come, and I was amazed when I saw the place! Everything was set up nicely! And the members or workers there are just so friendly and helpful! Got offered coffee or tea, that doesn't happen in any other shop! If I really need advise in music that's the place to go! Customer service at the absolute forefront, they have been massively helpful and have always gone above and beyond to ensure that I am able to make the best decisions on the best equipment at the best prices.

I came across the Production Room through my music college and I am so glad I did. You visit their site and it's easy to work your way around and search for whatever you want. Whilst on there, you get a popup box asking if you would like to speak to someone via Live Chat about their products. I literallly used this several times and they are only too glad to chat and help you. I was collating with them over several months about products and prices until finally I could afford what I wanted. When it came to ordering, I could have done it online but I called them directly and spoke with Alison, who I had been chatting to on the Live Chat. SHe was incredibly friendly and helpful and sorted it all out for me. A couple of days later, my items arrived and were absolutely perfect. All customer service should be like this. Definitely use them and I will, for all my musical needs. A++++

I have dealt with Richard at The Production Room on a number of occasions now, buying an Ableton Push controller, an Access Virus TI2 keyboard, an Elektron Analog Keys and a Nord Lead 2X. I have always found that he demonstrates the utmost integrity during the pre sales process and I have managed to negotiate a discount for two of my purchases. I am planning to extend my studio further this year and these guys will be the first people I contact when I'm ready to purchase. Highly recommended.

absolutely recommend this company to purchase production equipment from. ive bought a new mixer and some monitors from them so far and im sure i will be back for more. they are an extremely helpful team with good advice on an individual case rather than just trying to up sell you the most expensive gear. strong in store demos and a great range of product. i will shopping there again.
