There is no need for gestures of good will at production room because they will not rest until you get what you need. After sales care is tremendous! I had a hard time believing that I was actually being treated like a person and not a walking wallet. Always a pleasure!

My order for my new Pioneer HDJ2000 headphones was placed on Monday the 25th and I needed them for a gig on Saturday. I was expecting the goods to be dispatched the next day and for them to be delivered by the Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. However, when I called up on Wednesday to check on the progress of my order they informed me that the goods were not in stock!! I finally received my headphones on Wednesday 3rd of April, which was nine days after initially placing the order, and four days after my gig!! It was hugely disappointing and resulted in me having to spend £50 on another pair of headphones for my gig. At no point during the ordering process was I warned that the goods were not in stock!

I managed to get komplete 8 ultimate from production room which is excellent because nowhere else had it! Highly recommended!

Received my keyboard as promised - well packaged and I was kept informed of delivery. No problems. Shall shop here again.

It was difficult to find this item in stock anywhere in the UK, but was in stock for a good price here, and headphones arrived within two days from Production Room with no fuss, in perfect condition. Also appreciate the use of DPD - good efficient service all round..

Item was dispatched immediately and received in perfect condition. The member of staff I had a brief conversation with on the telephone was polite, friendly and helpful.

Placed my order late sunday evening, received a call Monday morning to say the headphones were out of stock but that I'd hopefully receive delivery by Friday. Received emails and texts to say items would arrive between 5.30 and 6.30pm on Friday. Arrived at 5.30pm on the dot! Included was a 5% off next purchase code.

Will be using again.

Specifically wanted some KRK VXT6 monitors and stands and DV247 were sold out. Found this website (they need to advertise it more!) and I asked if they would price match Thomann's cheaper price for these monitors and they did without any hassle (unlike most other companies).
Ordered over the phone which took 10mins with a very polite woman the other end. DPD (the delivery company they use) gave me an hour time slot for next day delivery, which they turned up in (LOVE DPD). All in all, first time ordering from them was immense, would use them again, DV247 always seem to be out of stock on what I want unlike these guys. I will edit this review if the speakers go faulty or anything and let everyone know how they dealt with it :)

I've just ordered some equipment, and their service works fine. I was especially impressed with the shipping speed... I've got it the next day. The communication works great as well, keep it up!

I placed the order late Saturday afternoon. It was sat on my desk the following Tuesday morning. I was kept informed by e-mail as to when I would receive my order. This was accurate to a few minutes! Fantastic service! Thank you Production Room.

This really was a no fuss, no hassle purchase. Communication from Production Room was first class, even down to the time (within half an hour!) of delivery. Great product too. Will definitely head to their site first when scouting round for musical bits and recording equipment. Highly rated. They take Paypal too, which is useful.

Called up about the tempest drum machine.. Richard called me up the next day with a finance deal.. wouldn't have got the unit without his initiative.. unit is awesome.. free leads a welcome bonus.. unit wasn't in stock but was dispatched promptly when it arrived from the USA.. 1st time customer, would definitely shop with them again.. professional staff, but friendly, recommended.

I made a bit of a cock up on my internet order and thought I'd mistakenly ordered the same thing several times. I rang the support line to check my order and spoke to a very helpful man. As well as confirming that I hadn't actually submitted multiple orders, they also spent some time answering my questions about other products I was interested in. They were very knowledgable about the products they sold and, unlike other music shops I have used, willing to spend time explaining the pros and cons of various products to a relative novice (me). I will definately be buying from them again.

the staff at this place are top notch! in a world where customer service has declined rapidly it was refreshing to find a company that really takes care of their customers. their knowledge of their products is amazing, they really helped me understand a few technical queries and i'm a complete novice.
they even delivery on time and send you a text to say when it'll arrive so no waiting in all day for the delivery driver!!!

I went in to get a pair of headphones but was unsure what i wanted I got to look and try a few pairs, I found some really comfortable ones. The guy there, I think he was the manager, was very helpful and told me what I needed to look for. Would definitely recommend them.

Great team, always helpful, First call for *any* and *all* studio and Keyboard requirements. Hands-on environment to get to really understand what you're buying into- excellent. Highly knowledgeable team - and in the rare occasion they don't know something , they *find out* - and tell the customer honestly. Not just an MI Store, Production Room are a fully professional tech service and supply outlet. Their events (in collaboration with the equipment suppliers) are always well-presented, educational, and often inspirational.

Always enjoy coming down to the store, the staff are always really helpful and go out of their way to help you out. If I've ever had any issues with anything they have always been extremely quick to solve them.
