Did a great service on my air conditioning for the second year

Found that I had to wait rather an excessive amount of time, only to find they did not have their advertised offer tyres in stock.

Need for new tyres recognised when called in for free pressure test. Appointment made without difficulty and service very good throughout. Would have scored 5 except that tyre warning returned on car the next day- fortunately my Grandson sorted it!

Good offer on air con gas. Asked if I would like my pollen filter changing. Thankfully it needed it.

The lady in protyre was really efficient. Altho she was rushed off her feet she ran everything on time and was really helpful when I asked her for information.

staff always welcoming and professional. Safety check completed again and once again no need to replace tyres or brake pads yet; always feel they must be due but no charge for check up and never told to get work done unnecessarily.

I had initially gone to pro-tyre in Christchurch as they did my MOT. It passed but had some advisories which i booked in. 3.5 weeks later i took my car in early on my 1 day off, left and was told a few hours. 20 minutes later received a call to say they could not complete the job as they forgot to order a part.

I then decided to take my car to Pro-tyre on Pokesdown hill. They honoured the price I was quoted, did a fabulous job and kept me up to date when job was complete. Gary did say they had to replace the whole part not just what I was quoted from Christchurch, at no extra cost to me. I would 100% recommend their services. Top class, and professional. Thank you.
