Protyre Autocare - Bournemouth Pokesdown Avaliações

I had initially gone to pro-tyre in Christchurch as they did my MOT. It passed but had some advisories which i booked in. 3.5 weeks later i took my car in early on my 1 day off, left and was told a few hours. 20 minutes later received a call to say they could not complete the job as they forgot to order a part.

I then decided to take my car to Pro-tyre on Pokesdown hill. They honoured the price I was quoted, did a fabulous job and kept me up to date when job was complete. Gary did say they had to replace the whole part not just what I was quoted from Christchurch, at no extra cost to me. I would 100% recommend their services. Top class, and professional. Thank you.

Very professional service, a real pleasure.

Superb service and a good price. Easy to recommend.

Gary was very helpful and professional. The reception was very clean, tidy and accommodating. The service from the mechanics was excellent. Price was very competitive.

Professional, reasonable, nice group of hardworking people.

Great price and service

Great price and excellent service. Third time we've used this branch and they are absolutely amazing!

Job was done quickly, efficiently and politely.
No oversell as can be the case from some retailers.

Excellent and professional service

Whenever I visit Protyre, I get a great welcoming from staff and the Manager himself. On every occasion I visit, by my request my tracking gets put right, and the same time I get full report about my tyres. I always know ahead how much their will cost.

Lovely and helpful.

Really happy with the level of service I was pleasantly surprised to be honest and would definitely recommend 5 stars

I got a front tyre change & wheel alignment at a convenient time on the same day. When I dropped the car off they were able to add in the rear tyres as well.
The work was done quickly and efficiently
