Could not find my ordered tyre

The customer service team delivered an exhaust pipe replacement within 24 hrs even though there was difficulty in getting the correct parts. I was kept informed of progress throughout the day.

Not pushy, examined a slow leak on a tyre and offered a reasonable replacement with a premium brand - had two tyres replaced to keep wear even - very pleased and will definitely use again

Good and fast service

The tyre that was ordered to be fitted the following morning was not delivered two mornings in a row despite explanations of how important it was to have the vehicle available on the second morning. There was no communication to advise the tyre had not been delivered to save wasted time. Poor logistics and communication we had to get the job done elsewhere

Excellent service. The tyres I required were not in stock which wasn't a problem as I did expect this. The very helpful chap had them delivered the next day & were fitted early a.m. I have given 4 stars only because of the price of Dunlop's pricing. Thanks Protyre.

I had selected tyres from the website but when I attended Great Dunmow I was told they weren't suitable for my car. I paid for a different set of tyres which were fitted quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the service. If it hadn't been for a slight hiatus in getting a refund for the first set of tyres purchased I would have given 5 stars.

Unfortunately I’ve been unlucky and had to get a lot of tyres on many cars over the years. This place were far and away the quickest and most efficient place I’ve ever used. Two tyres and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Guy at reception was excellent and helpful too.

Found your staff arrogant and not a bit helpful

Brilliant service. Great communication. We had an issue after our service with our car, followed this up and they resolved the issue immediately. Top service and great customer service. Will most definitely be booking in for a service again

Had a quote for discs and pads and was happy with the price £100 less than quest of braintree. Over the years I've used tyremart for tyres, and servicing back in the day and been happy with the price and workmanship. No 5 star as did not try the coffee.
