We do appreciate the time you have taken to inform us about your experience with Prowler.co.uk

Please allow us to apologise for the inconvenience caused. It is indeed not acceptable to be offered a product which afterwards turns out to be unavailable. I have been investigating internally and we have identified that the product is available however your order was supposed to be processed by one of our stores which allows us to process every order we receive most efficiently and speedy. It appears we have failed in this particular case which we are sorry about.

We have taken the following steps to ensure that your order will now be processed as quickly as possible: the product as ordered will be dispatched to you on Thursday, 04/03/2021. We have upgraded the shipping method chosen to Express Delivery so you should receive the order on Friday, 05/03/2021. We have also included a complimentary gift to compensate for the inconvenience caused. We do hope that this will be acceptable and you will be able to enjoy your experience with Prowler and the product ordered after the initial disappointment we take full responsibility for.

Thank you for the feedback and for your order.

We are very happy to hear that you have been satisfied with the discreet and quick delivery.

We are very sorry to hear that you have made such a bad experience with the lubricant which generally speaking has been one of our bestsellers. It is in fact not acceptable to provide you with an out-of-date product and we have already undergone all necessary steps to make sure that this product has been removed from our shelves . However, we have also made the decision to issue a refund for the lubricant as we do not expect you to pay for a product that should not have been sold to you in the first place. I have been investigating internally and first of all I am relived that the order reached you on the 6-1-21. In case you have any after-sale queries please do not hesitate to contact us via the available methods such as phone, email or chat. Thank you very much.

Please allow me to advise that the office was closed during the festive period which we also stated on our website to make sure that customers are aware of possible delays - we do apologise in case this was not clear enough or has not been sufficient enough to avoid any misunderstanding.

Last but not least please allow me to suggest contacting us with any questions or concerns you may have before leaving a review. I have been able to allocate an email you had sent the same day you have left us this feedback. As we have answered your query the day after our return we were surprised that you left this review and we do hope for your understanding that during current times and the festive season delays can occur - please give us a chance to answer your query and use this platform for sharing your overall experience.
