Chris’s customer service has been amazing, he came at the time he said and therefore was no surprises. Additionally, he was very polite, friendly and did his checks very well! We had forgotten football equipment in the car and because of those checks we got them back. He was just phenomenal the whole time and we’re grateful to have him collect the car.

This company wow. A hire car company with no hire cars total messers . my advice is avoid them and deal directly with the 3rd parties insurers far better way . We are a large taxi company and have never had a positive experience with these clowns

Mohammad Jetha delivered our hire van within the time frame he gave. On arrival he showed me all around the vehicle explaining what was what. He also pointed scratches & dents on the van which he had taken photos of. He was very friendly & very helpful.

Delivery of Peugeot to Chelmsford
Robert, I hope the name is correct, delivered the Peugeot to Chelmsford? He was very kind and took time to explain the vehicle to us and also time to check I was able to get in and out and the wheelchair fitted in ok.
As well as that he is a pleasant and an asset to Proximo. The admin were always ready and pleasant, helping to organize a replacement vehicle suitable for my wheelchair. Thank you Proximo for caring about your customers.
