Superb readers, Blown away by Clint Denyer, Rainbow and Rose B in particular all three very accurate and caring also. Very professional service, have been established a long time, easy to navigate site and phoneline. Love being able to hear all the readers online before choosing the one you connect to.

I agree that some of the readers are very good. Something I really need to write here to get it out of my chest, is that I had an Asian male reader here giving me a reading about a work situation, which he described as a ‘wonderful one, filled with a homely atmosphere, roses and gardens’ and what not. The reader was so spontaneous and information just flowed. Things seemed good and I applied for this placement and went ahead. After, everything was confirmed, he turned around and said, ‘no , I never said that , don’t go there.’ It was too late by that time and after everything job wise was on paper.
Turned out that the place is the worst ever job I have been to!. When I contacted him, his attitude was, ‘ I told you so.’
But he was one who, in the very first place , said that this job would be wonderful and amazing etc etc.
What shocked me is he portrayed that the whole problem was my fault!
There has not been a day that goes by where I don’t struggle in this work place and when I see this reader on here, I now feel nauseated. Why on earth do people give so completely wrong , inconsistent readings with so much confidence and spontaneity and when things go wrong, place the blame back on you is beyond me?I don’t know if this person does it as part of their culture but really unsettled me becos now I have to put up with the nonsense going on in this work place everyday!

Please beware, just be cos the reading flows out nicely and wonderfully does not mean it is true. The information could completely be totally false as happened with me and now only I m here to suffer and take the blame.

I spoke with one lady who got my situation totally wrong and was making predictions that could never come true! Wish I had never phoned up the other man I spoke to asked questions he was supposed to be psychic! Never phoning them again waste of time and money

Don’t be swayed into positive feedback reviews on the sofa, I can hand on heart say 99% of predictions what a lot of reviews claim happen don’t!

I’ve wasted a lot of money only to realise. Please don’t deprive your emotional well being to think the reviews are genuine, I’m sure these readers are trained for the public to hear what they want. The worst part is I feel the readers maybe have the potential to know what will commence in the future but refrain from saying the truth for the sites benefit of positive reviews .

This is a completely honest and fair review by someone that has used the service frequently during a challenging time.

Pros: there are some real genuine, kind readers on here who are of a very high standard and work ethically. They provide insight and comfort during very challenging times and will tell you the good and the bad, not just give you fairytales. There’s one lady in particular that that I really like and I can just instinctively tell that she really cares and is trustworthy. There’s also a couple of mediums that are very in touch with passing on information from loved ones which can also be comforting and reassuring.

Cons - After reading the reviews, I’ve found that PS do not submit negative reviews shared by customers which I do not agree with and raises doubts over the company’s ethics.
I was very saddened to read a review that was written by one of your disgruntled readers who admitted that they do sometimes just tell clients what they want to hear because it’s easier that way and that they do this because they’re ’caring.’ That really is very concerning to me and I would hope that readers will have integrity to be able to give information to clients with whatever comes up for them during the read in an empathetic and respectful way. It would have a much worse effect on the clients mental health if they were given false hope and for this not to materialise. I was highly concerned that PS responded to this feedback saying thank you for the review.
Unfortunately, this site will be used frequently by those who are going through the most difficult of times and are highly vulnerable, and are also likely to spend a fortune on readings because of how desperate they are in terrible situations that sometimes they have no control over.
I understand with the nature of “psychics”, there’s always the risk of some readers who sadly are preying on the most vulnerable and who often fish for information or give information which is so general that it would apply to the majority of the population, whilst other readers who really are genuine and have a gift in sharing information which would be so difficult to guess or provide without additional details from the client.
I have to say that I have reviewed some readings where they were struggling to provide any information without asking lots of questions or just giving personal advice and opinion, which is often not what people using this site are wanting, but in some instances some people will be happy with that service. However, there are other readers which do say completely contradictory predictions to what they have said previously which is also very concerning, based on what you tell them at the time. I do also get a sense that the readers who ask for your name and DOB are sometimes those that write notes and check these out during your readings so that they can give more and more information to you each time you have a reading with them based on what you have told them in prior readings. Unfortunately one of the readers I really liked, I felt after each reading that they started to do this and I’m now no longer going to have any further readings with them. They should not have to ask for your date of birth. They could ask for your star sign and only ask for the year of birth if they were worried that someone might be underage. Another reading also gave a name from a previous reading saying “spirit reminded me that you spoke about X last time in relation to work” when they had got the correct name but it wasn’t in the context of work so it made me doubt everything that they said.
I’ve only ever received a reading once where the reader said something hugely shocking to me where I was very taken aback by this. It’s that appalling that I do not wish to make it public. It wasn’t in response to me being rude in any way as I would never do that to someone. I don’t think it’s fair of me to name and shame readers. There are some which give you false predictions and false statements.
There was one reader that did seem friendly and honest, but she made statements trying to persuade me against my own judgement about an ex partner saying that we would find it hard not being together because we were soulmates, when our relationship was quite toxic. Not that I was in an abusive relationship but it did make me concerned about people that may ring who might be swayed to stay with a partner that could be potentially abusive.
It can be hugely expensive and clients can rack up debt because they are in such a desperate situation so PS need to be careful of those that might become addictive to their site.
I was also really concerned to read that someone had attempted their own life because of having readings from this site. That really does break my heart.
The problem is a lot of customers will also rely on this site instead of seeking mental health support.

Genuine, professional reader. Came away feeling very calm and positive.

Very difficult to receive monies after a duff reading, I terminated after a few minutes, due to Psychic" unable to tune in, "happens..The client expected to contact a call centre where upon everyone named Emma"fear the centre based abroad, the reply robotic..The Office number redundant. I await a refund good luck.

i’ve had a very good experiences with Psychic sofa. I like the fact that you can almost always get the reader you choose as you can see the minutes going down the fact that they have to be tested before joining Psychic sofa so they must have some Psychic ability where is other websites will just employ anybody, my favourite readers have to be Joanne 4173 Chantelle 4226 I’ve had many readings of both of these lovely ladies and a lot of predictions have come in

I've had dealings with Psychic Sofa for many years now, both as a customer and as a reader (on and off). This is the fifth Company I've worked for and they're briliant. The test reading (interview) they do is robust and it's not focused on money extraction (like a major competitor is).

The lovely readings I have had by the readers are truly gifted. I have had a few readers that I prefer to speak too. All the readers are very welcoming and put you at ease and connect with the issues you have. I would recommend a few readers on here, Angelica, Cardia are to name a couple.

The truth is no psychic is ever completely accurate so have a reading knowing this. The other truth is some are real and some are chancers, Psychicsofa has both so select with care and know that some change over time. Another thing is as in life some are polite some are rude, Psychicsofa has both but it's disappointing to see clients are not allowed to review their true experience whether positive or negative. Allowing only positive reviews is misleading and wrong. Some great readers are Libra, Jip, Lordanka, Monti, okay readers are Laura, Celeste, Edie (changes over time so...) , chancers and/or rude, Empress phd, Lisa, Gracelyn, Willow. I have been using psychic sofa for many years so my review is genuine, tested and trialed. I think some have a god complex and forget they still need to be professional in a phone service, some are moody and can change from one day to another so its confusing and exhausting. Some don't like to provide clarity so a question annoys them and they forget they can be wrong and it happens. But the really good ones are thos who have a real gift and over time have demonstrated professionalism and recognise that thier gift comes with more than just delivering words but ensuring there is no confusion. I've a gift so a reader who does not have empathy cannot in any way or form be true. The one reason people have readings is to get clarity so if a reader leaves you with confusion pls do not return to them, they are not real or they are likely to lead you astray over time. Sometimes when a reader is rude that is a way for spirit to be saying do not continue with this person as the information they will provide is not genuine even if they claim it is.

Im absolutely fuming. Pay for a reading only to have the phone slammed down on me. Id advise anybody not to bother with this company. Will be trying to stop my payment. Reader was Adalia. Just put the phone down on me. Disgusted
