Excellent readers, just not easy to get hold of

Cannot say how much the reading has helped, and in hindsight how accurate the insights from the reader have proved to be.
First class, I will return again and again.

Unethical left me suicidal after years of readings that never materialised. My health has deteriorated and I have lost thousands of pounds. When I complained the were cold ans didn't take any responsibility for the readings that I received that caused me to try and take my life twice. Their only response was that 'it is for entertainment purposes only' STAY AWAY THEY ARE A EVIL HEARTLESS COMPANY WHO PREY ON THOSE WHO ARE GRIEVING

I’m giving this company a low 2/5 stars only because Asha was one person who I connected with and she was warm and empathetic towards me. Unfortunately though I liked talking to several other psychics just like the other reviews on here nothing they guided me with came true to date, I don’t thinking these people are trained to be fair or know what they are saying. If I am going to speak to a psychic a proper one then I would rather spend my money on seeing them face to face without me giving them too much info. I did spent a lot of money on them as well but I won’t be calling them anymore which is unfortunate really.

I've read a recent review in which the client listed over 160 'psychics' she'd spoken to on PS, with zilch results....I have to agree adding Azurite, Sakshi Ram, Violet Moon, Bernicia, Angie, Suzy, Hermetta, Zara, Siren Sloane and Gayle to the long list ...it seems 95% of readers have absolutely no ability at all, not to mention that some are very rude especially Gayle. Chantel, Tilly, Lisa C and Saisha....no point in complaining to PS, they will turn it back on you...not good at all...

However there are a very few genuine and accurate readers whose predictions actually come true.

Tilly 4472 is absolutely awful and rude she’s one of those readers that lets the site down as there are very good ones with real abilities on there. I can see somone else has just recently posted a negative review about her so that says it all! There’s no backing up with her lack of validations whatsoever, nil abilities very defensive and waffles on complete nonsense. She will probably change her tactics once she’s aware of this and tell you what you want to hear etc.. and whatever positive reviews she’s received on the site then it’s complete pure luck from guessing and waffling crap..complete guessing game with her with such a dark energy about her! Please stay away from her, save your money and time and try a different reader if you want a real reading.

Terrible avoid at all costs

I have to be totally honest and real tonight I spent £120 pounds calling a few different mediums/ psychic. In total I did 11 calls to 11 different people on this site to give the best chances of someone coming through for me with their gift and answers or to hear from my loved ones ? I thought surely someone will be gifted
I wanted to try a few to see if the gift they have allows them to give me a set reading and way / future for me. And also I wanted to see what they picked up from past loved ones. None of them came through with the same future reading. None of them had the same responses to my issues and questions I had regarding how a situation will pan out. None of them gave me any loved ones who came though it was simply guess work.
I’m not one to complain often I have an open mind. If you see my profile I don’t leave many reviews so I’m not someone who moans about things a lot but I must say I can really see how people get drawn in. I felt intrigued and wanted to know more and more and you get caught up in the cycle of paying to try to get some more answers honestly I think some people have gifts but I think life is what it is and what will be will be. Some lady sitting on her sofa with a head set on can’t really tell you what’s going to happen in your future at best it’s predictions and assumptions. I really hoped it would be real / true as if it was I would have been their number 1 customer. I feel people who turn to this they know are looking for answers hope and dreams and are grieving or need to feel their missing loved ones are there. It’s human nature to want to feel loved and want the best and they know this. If you want to believe in it so badly some can go along and feel it really is their loved ones but again I honestly believe from tonight there was no talent I got. I didn’t get any of them even close to anything for me. I really hoped I was going to be wowed and shocked.
When you really think about it they keep it very open and told me not always people come through and if they did come with something they ask for this make sense to see how you go with it. I think they know your age so they work out the odds on having family messengers who are gone and most wasn’t very personal. Also a lot of these people are physiologists or have done a course and so they can read people in the sense to body language and speech rather than really read into people’s minds.

Called spoke with the first lady didn't take the pin I just selected 3 for random. Samara 4865 useless 20 minutes she rambled on for questioning me. Telling me that the cards aren't always right? She kept saying....is it relationship. Work? Health? I said well im curious what you pick up. She continued to question.....in the end I hung up. Second lady 4456 narissa she said she didn't do the tarot cards....I said great. She said I pick up from your voice. I said okay. She went onto asking why I was calling....again I said well you tell me? She rambled on also for 10 minutes and never gave me a thing then said two names Jim and Ian she said do you know them. I said nope no idea. She said well then remember cause you'll meet someone by that name....but she said they were dead? 12 minutes in....she said oh im not connecting with you I said what does that mean? She said dunno you'll have to message psychic sofa...and hung up on me. Decided maybe third time lucky. Another one that told me I was going to meet this dream lady.....and she's grounded works hard. I might get a job doing this myself.....easy money. Telling people things they want to hear. Leaving me feel annoyed more than anything sharlotons

MADAM ASH IS AMAZING!! She knew exact details of my POI and described our situation and his situation. I have complete faith if her readings. MIA is another amazing reader, she knows so many details and doesn't waste time. SERAPHINE was another brilliant reader but unfortunately she's no longer on the site!

My first reading, where I felt I connected with the reader. I felt the warm, empathy and understanding Susan has in her heart. She helped me with so many things and I may of cried big time after the reading ( and during) but it was a release cry where my scattered thoughts, tears, emotions were being heard and now I can finally start to understand and heal. I had a brilliant reading with Asha on Psychic Sofa 20th May 24 (pin 4190). Asha is highly intuitive, warm and bubbly and an absolute joy to connect with. I’ve been going to her for a while now and never had an issue or a bad reading. She really is a true empath and has always read for me with care and respect. In fact, her readings have always been consistent and predictions have come true for me. I felt compelled to write a review and defend her as a reader as I noticed her name has been mentioned negatively in some other reviews, I think the customers are referring to a different reader named Aisha (4448) as I’ve read the reviews on here and reader 4448 has been negatively reviewed in earlier comments. Please be mindful when writing reviews, as slandering an innocent reader due to a name spelling mishap is quite damaging and very unfair. Asha 4190 is one of the best readers on Psychic Sofa, she’s always busy on the line, that says a lot!

Sorry I have phone several times and its hung up on me because it is not registering my option choice on the premium line. This equates to over 15 pounds with out a connection. The customer service line is ' not available at this time'' I have only received a standard pre done....'' Thank you for your message please call our customer services '' This number does not work.

I do like Sofa and I’ve had some readings with readers such as -

Terri-Ann (info just flows amazing )
Lisa (she is quick and real )
Lordanka, (interesting detail)
Angel moon (amazing energy)
Fiora (she is hilarious, real and kind)
Jasmine rose (strategic and quick )

They have been so helpful and many predictions come true - however as in the below review the rudest and negative readers such as -

Diane and Asha and Susan are terrible - and I feel they let sofa down. Why on earth are they allowed to be so mean towards people looking for answers I don’t know.

It’s not that they don’t give us what we want to hear is that there is no compassion you get the sense they hate being readers and they just do it because they’re desperate for money. That’s when they should stop because people pay for clarity and a bit of compassion.

Diane is the worst on there. I once had a reading with her when I just split up with my fiance and she said to me that I apparently made him feel sick! I remember walking around London crying my eyes out after that reading.

Now when I look back to it, I think to myself you actually have to be an evil person to be that brutal towards somebody in need, and knowing how vulnerable they are at that time - avoid like the plague anything but spiritual !!!

Mixed bag, most who I connected with say the same thing about the situation. Gail, JoJo, Lyn, Jools, Graham, Cariad lovely and great readers, exactely same things being said.
Weird readings from some others I didn’t call to have a counselling session thanks. Some make stuff up as they go along. Some dangerous thoughts and opinions being shared, I wish I’d reported them soon as I came off the call. Some big heads, some with no ability.

The lower rated seem to be some of the best. And there are some really good readers, you know from the first hello.

Ok, there are only a few exceptions. The readers are Terri-Anne, Mia ( who was exceptional) Mia could tell me exact facts which no could have known.. even down to the persons hair coloring( small quirk they have with there hair) Not forgetting the lovely Sara A( wonderful reader who’s predictions actually come true like the above readers including Gail)
Gail is also very good with readings and validations but as a commentator mentioned she can get it totally wrong on a reading.. Now there are a lot of rude readers such as Susan, Asha, Diane( who forced her opinion on me) she would not shut up and give my reason after all I was paying for this call.. I was gone through 5 min time.. The comments need to be addressed because they are doctored by PS.. I have seen some repasted for other times .. same comments different dates.. Also we need to see critical feed back on comments.. Also when a reader connects to a call they should be automatically updated as busy.. I have called readers when they are available only to find they are on a call.. I am wasting money on that call.. also the new phone system is a shambles especially when you are trying to get through to a busy reader, the line connection quality is abysmal..

Rang for a reading.....well, I could of pulled someone off the street for a random chat of the same degree and saved £30,.this was the second reading and recoeved nothing bit a cost. How can a person declare that he can tune in, but fails on many areas.

Asha (4190) is an amazing psychic whom I've known for many years and had readings from. She is always so caring, kind and compassionate.
