Bought the cleanse pukka tea. Bag just falls apart and all comes out. Not even stirred or touched the bag just left it for 15 mins as recommended and all falls out. Not a great first experience and after reading several other reviews of customers with similar experience, will not be buying again. :-(

Just don't taste like they used to. Teabags always break. So sad, will not be buying this tea anymore. Unilever you are obviously cutting corners, and by the look of it, we can all tell. Come on don't ruin a fantastic product. Shame on you...

Poor after sale customer service. I had a problem with my last two orders. I have ordered PUKKA tea and some of the boxes were full of mould. Even so the expiry date was in 2023. So it had to do on how the tea was stored. Unfortunately I didn't mention it right away to the seller. I did however send them an email and pictures. They just had a very standard way of dealing with the issue. No refund no new tea, its not our fault bla bla bla. I decided to move on to another brand as I am not sure if PUKKA itself had quality issues or the seller. However until today , I have also not heard from PUKKA themselves. Looks like they don't really care. Mould is actually very harmful.

Have enjoyed Pukka teas for years. However, recently they have become weaker. Liquorice and mint bland, 3 ginger pretty bland, Turmeric Gold weak and wishy washy! My daughter also mentioned Pukka teas are falling short on taste! Shall not be buying Pukka any longer! Shame on you Unilever!

What a waste of time trying to get products from this company. In early October of last year took up their offer of a sample pack of flavoured tea. Eventually arrived late December - every one out of date. Contacted them and they said they would send me out another one straight away. Four weeks later still not received anything. Got in touch again and then they said they had run out of stock. If true, surely an explanation email wouldn't have gone amiss. What a way to treat prospective customers. Have now given up and moved on................

Poor customer service and poor product.
I wrote twice to Pukka (via email) asking why ‘Detox’ teas replacement ‘Feel New’ was a different blend, the revised version is awful with added turmeric and reduced quantities of the original ingredients. I did not receive the courtesy of a response, but a week after or so afterwards a questionnaire asking how well their customer service was!!
Since Pukka sold to Unilever the brand has declined. Tried various blends but the quality just isn’t there anymore. Found teapigs a superior alternative.

We have been buying and advocating the use of Pukka Teas since their launch many years ago but quite frankly, over time the cost-cutting measures have left a sour taste.

The reduction in packaging quality I can deal with; I still have one of the very original blue Detox t-bags that shows the difference...

...but now that the quantity and strength of the tea itself has been downgraded, we will not be buying any more.

This used to be a brand we respected highly but it does seem that they are unable to balance commercial viability with robust quality.

I am tea lover so I gave pukka a try. I was absolutely horrified how this tea tasted. No matter what I did it just tasted rubbish. The tea is very light no matter how much you boil of u add a little milk it has no flavour at all. I am sooo disappointed as to how pukka is fooling people with their glossy advert and expensive price tag. Not worth it at all pukka says ‘it’s fit for a Prince’ I say it’s not fit for a servant let alone a Prince.

I liked this tea but was disappointed to learn that they use harmful additives, listed as "natural flavorings"

I drink of this stuff :( Hard to be healthy these days, when products that pretend to be healthy are not.

I had an issue with a box of tea, where every sachet leaked. I was promised a replacement box, great, but this did not arrive, and there has been zero contact from their customer service team about it. It's been three weeks since this happened and no update even when I emailed them about it. Honestly I'm incredibly disappointed, usually I can forgive a problem if the customer service is good, but this is just pure lack of interest and plain disregard. I liked the tea but will not be buying again.

Lovely teas, been using for years, had a batch that leaked tea, however customer service was excellent and it was dealt with quickly.

Now owned by Unilever am told. The latest batch of vitamins felt off and cheap, the tea was tasteless and in cheap looking packaging. Everything is now in the bin

Har flere gange købt deres Pukka Night Time Te i blå æsker. I æsken ligger blå tebreve. Den seneste pakke indeholdt te i guldfarvede breve. Smagen er nu hen i retning af chai/ingefær. Dvs. stærkt krydret og uden den beroligende effekt. Hos Pukka fastholder de, at det er den samme te, bare i nye breve, fordi de andre ikke er til at få fat i?! Dårlig undskyldning. Jeg er færdig med at købe deres produkter.

Bought my first box of fennel tea. The most expensive and flavorless tea I have ever bought. I used three tea bags and still no favor. Sorry Pukka but, I will not purchase again.

I have been buying Pukka herbal teas for a few months now. Their web site is easy to use and they have good price breaks for quantity orders; I also got a free Pukka mug with my last order. Delivery is usually quick to AB51. We have been purchasing the Tumeric Gold bags, we have also bought Tumeric Active locally, both very nice and the ginger in the Active product gives me a boost when I'm on night shift.

I'm a huge fan of the Pukka range (and I get two cups out of every bag because I'm a tightwad), but I was also very impressed with their customer service. I emailed with a query and had a lovely, personal response within the hour. I much prefer companies who put a little thought into this sort of thing rather than automated, clinical replies :)

apart from supplying great teas the speed of delivery is amazing. eg. ordered yesterday at 14.00, received today at 11.30. can't do better than that!

Har bestilt nogle vare hos pukka.com (skin care) sidste weekend, og i skrivende stund (fredag), har jeg endnu ikke modtaget mine vare.
Firmaet har ingen "track and trace" funktion knyttet til deres afsendte vare, så hvor pakken ligger og roder rundt, aner jeg ikke.
Der oplyses på hjemmesiden, at man skal vente 10 arbejdsdage med at kontakte dem, hvis pakken ikke dukker op...
Jeg tager på ferie på mandag, så det er lidt noget rod det her!
I´m not happy!

Og pakken kom ej heller denne fredag! Et forgæves telefon-opkald og en mail bragte mig ej heller nærmere på en pakke-levering!

Jeg skulle have været rejst på ferie på mandag, men må jo så vente hjemme yderligere en dag...

Up-date mandag d. 5/8:

I løbet af weekenden har jeg selvfølgelig ikke modtaget nogen pakke!
Men var på posthuset lørdag, hvor jeg fik en venlig medarbejder til at kigge efter pakken, men uden resultat. Postmedarbejderen sagde faktisk noget klogt; nemlig at pakken kunne være stoppet i tolden. Pukka sælger jo urte-baserede ting og sager, så jo ikke umuligt, at mit skin-care ligger og roder i tolden - enter i UK eller her i Danmark.
Det korte af det lange; bestilte forgående weekend, sidste mandag blev sagerne afsendt og pengene trukket fra min konto (syttenhundrede kroner!). Og denne efterfølgende mandag, har jeg stadig ikke modtaget forsendelsen.
Nu her til middag tager jeg på ferie - uden hudplejeprodukter.
At købe noget som helst hos pukka.com kan jeg slet ikke anbefale!
På den danske hjemmeside: Naturoghelse.com, kan man købe langt de fleste af pukka's produkter til en ok pris, så det gør jeg fremover! Osse selvom der er udsalg hos pukka.com.

Up-date torsdag d. 15/8 2013:

Så nåede vi torsdag i uge 33, og jeg har stadig ikke modtaget mine vare fra pukka!
Kom hjem fra ferie for nogle få dage siden - efter at have været væk en lille uges tid. Og imellemtiden var der ikke kommet nogle pakke. I mandags skrev jeg så en mail til pukka - og der var der så gået hele 10 arbejdsdage siden afsendelse - så nu var det på sin plads at rykke igen. Mandag blev der så afsendt en ny forsendelse. Og nu er det torsdag - spændende om jeg får min pakken inden weekend'en!?

Jeg er holdt op med at tælle dage - er ude i at tælle uger...

Mandag d. 19/8:
Så kom min pakke fra pukka endelig!
Vi skal helt tilbage til lørdag d. 27/7, hvor jeg bestilte. Pengene (over 1.700 kr.) blev trukket mandag d. 29/7, og så var det ellers bare at vente. Og maile frem og tilbage. Efter to en halv uge overgav man sig hos pukka og sendte en ny pakke - det er så den, at jeg idag har modtaget.
Altså betalte jeg d. 29/7, og først her d. 19/8 modtager jeg mine vare. Ergo, er det alt for lang tid at have en stor sjat penge ude og svømme. Fremover bestiller jeg pukka hos naturoghelse.dk i Randers. Som regel er der overraskelser med i pakkerne fra Randers. I den meget forsinkede pakke fra England, var der kun skrevet; "many apologies" - GAAAB! En lille vareprøve, kan man bedre bruge til noget....
Nok for denne gang! Og moralen er bestemt, at jeg ikke kan anbefale at handle hos pukka i UK, men at købe på danske hjemmesider, som f.eks. naturoghelse.dk
