First time at puppy yoga I seen the…
First time at puppy yoga I seen the pomskys the lady’s were lovely and the yoga teacher was brilliant this was such a cute wellness day and the puppy were so cute u got to hold them and a polaroid picture to take home i would highly recommend :) I left feeling happy and relaxed with a heart full of joy <3

It was my second time the first was awesome loads of time I was at the Leeds dock in condition and this time they took the dogs off you when they were sleeping or you were just holding them which wasn’t great but it was still AMAZING!!!

The puppy yoga was very organised
The puppy yoga was very organised, they were very kind and made sure everyone got to hold a puppy. The experience was AMAZING and each puppy was kind and beautiful, I definitely rate it 5 stars and would DEFINITELY come again!!!!

Really disappointing experience.
The session was cancelled while we were already on our way. I completely understood the reason for the cancellation as one of the puppies was unwell, and animal welfare should always come first.
What wasn't acceptable was everything that happened afterwards. The booking was for my little sister's birthday and I then had to spend the next week chasing my refund. It should not take repeated messages from a customer just to get their money back.
There was very little communication, barely any apology, no goodwill gesture despite the inconvenience, and when I sent feedback about my experience it was simply ignored.
Cancellations happen and most people understand that. Good customer service is about how you handle the situation afterwards, and unfortunately this company fell well short.
Thankfully we booked with another puppy yoga company and had an amazing time, but this experience left a very poor impression. Having now looked at some of the other reviews, I can honestly understand why other customers have had similar complaints.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I first enquired on 6 February to book my daughter’s birthday party for a specific date in May. After several slow email exchanges (often taking about a week to reply), I confirmed a 13:30 time slot on 26 February and asked for the payment link.
On 2 March I received an email asking which day I wanted, ignoring the date and time already provided. After confirming again immediately, I was told on 5 March that the slot was no longer available.
When I called to express my disappointment after nearly a month of back-and-forth, I was told by the managing director that my booking would no longer be welcome. Very poor customer service.

Puppy-Yoga.com - A sham of a place!!
Puppy-Yoga.com, to be clear based just off Hoxton square. These puppies are being abused, they were wet with urine, several breeds cycled round all the rooms. They were exhausted and couldn't keep their eyes open. I don't think these practices should be allowed after being to the studio today. They didn't have hand sanitiser or hand washing facilities or guidelines. They will claim its another studio being reviewed - it isn't. The sooner this is shut down the better. The staff are disorganised and chaotic too, they shouldn't be allowed to be responsible for any animals, let alone as many young little pups as I saw today.

It would have been helpful to have that conversation before a public review was left, but here we are.
We take allegations regarding animal welfare extremely seriously. The claims made in your review are factually incorrect and do not reflect how our sessions operate. All puppies are closely monitored, rotated appropriately, given regular rest breaks, access to water, and removed from sessions at the first sign of tiredness. Accidents can occasionally happen with young puppies, which is completely normal and managed immediately by our team.
We do not “cycle exhausted puppies through rooms”, and we operate fully within our licensing conditions and welfare guidelines. Hand sanitiser is available on site, and hygiene protocols are in place and explained to participants during sessions.
We also strongly refute the suggestion that our staff are “disorganised” or “chaotic”. Our team is trained, experienced, and works to strict procedures designed to prioritise puppy welfare and participant safety at all times.
If you genuinely had concerns, we would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss them constructively and transparently. We remain confident in our practices, our standards, and the care we provide to the puppies entrusted to us.

Super special experience!
My 3rd time at this venue with different puppy breeds. The staff are so incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. The adorable puppies are very well cared for and looked after and seem to have a great time playing with the other puppies and the customers. I don't know who enjoys it more, the customers or the puppies! Highly recommend this!

Pure animal abuse!!
You should all be ashamed of yourself, claiming you are 'a different company' while expanding to the Netherlands and making money over the backs of these poor puppies. Socialization my ass you create dogs with youth traumas, wich is as sad for the dogs as well for future owners. I hope you whole organization will go bankrupt and I will give zero stars everywhere I see somewhat resembling puppy yoga.

Het maakt niet uit of je er wel of niet bent geweest en in welk land. Elk persoon met een beetje verstand snapt dat dit dierenmishandeling is. Je hoort nooit naar iets toe te gaan, omdat het schattig is. Mensen die dieren zien als alleen schattig, snappen niet dat dieren ook zorg nodig hebben. Deze mensen geven niks om dieren en deze dieren belanden dan vaak weer terug in het asiel. Puppy yoga is echt een dom concept voor mensen die echt geen hersens hebben…. Pure ANIMAL ABUSE!!! I saw them forcefully grab the dogs and then throw them on customers like a toy!
This is so disgusting to see those poor puppies being scared and stressed! You could see that on their face!
Is saw them peeing and vomiting from the stress and dog crying. I almost had to throw up when i saw this, so sad! Nothing to say less, the yoga was bad too.
I saw a dog bite a customer because he was scared and stressed, then the greedy owner came to get him and later saw her slap the dog and abusing, i told her and she denied it, but i saw what i saw! I told her to stop doing this and i would write a bad review! Do not try this yoga, it is pure money making greedy business and animal abuse!
In dutch: Pure DIERENMISHANDELING! Ik zag de honden bang en gestressed zijn omdat ze heel vroeg wakker gemaakt worden, terwijl ze 20 uur slaap nodig hebben. De eigenaren van dit bedrijf zijn puur gierige niet boeien over dierenlevens. Ik zag ook 20 honden die zo gestressed waren, dat ze gingen kotsen en plassen op de yogamatten! Er was zelfs een hond die een klant had gebeten vanwege de stress en hij was helemaal aan het trillen! DOE DIT NIET, DIT IS PURE DIERENMISHANDELING EN OPLICHTING!!

This is pure animal abuse
This is pure animal abuse. Do not go to this company which clearly makes use of puppies to make money, while not taking their health seriously. Puppies should not be used this way. Puppies need A LOT of sleep and are not able to process al this kind of attention from strangers, certainly not in this amount. This leads to unsocialized and scared dogs.
