How cruel and entitled do you have to be to want to do yoga with pups that are basically being abused

We went to the yoga experience last Saturday.

Ended up paying double as our voucher was not honoured and confusing. Rude staff. Useless manager that raise her voice and didn't let me speak. Just unprofessional.

Unlike some of the other reviewers who had bad experiences, we managed to attend our session and it was a gift from a friend and she purchased the voucher for a group of 5. When we got there, all 5 of us were given ONE puppy to share among us, while others who paid the same but didnt book as a group each got one dog or one per couple at least. The "yoga" teacher made distasteful inappropriate jokes throughout the mandatory fake yoga exercises and was beyond annoying with bad humour. The staff was rude and told everyone off for standing up and made you stay on your mat in a militant way -- my kids were disappointed to have one for the 5 of us and this was not at all what we bargained for. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

I had a genuine family emergency come up and asked for a refund. I informed the company seven days before the class date. I was told that they only offer a refund one hour within the purchase or could resell the ticket and issue a voucher. They effectively make double the money off your cancelled ticket by reselling it (the person I spoke to confirmed that this is the case) and only offer a voucher in return despite having profited off of it again. The person that I spoke to (Adam, Booking Manager) was sarcastic, rude and incredibly unhelpful. There is no regard at all for customer experience and this is clearly a company only interested in making a profit. You are better off booking your puppy yoga experience else where with the other companies (all of which offer refunds up to three days before the event)

This is a rip-off. I wouldn't even give 1 star. People are encouraged to buy a voucher but it is impossible to redeem. There are never any classes showing with any availability. The way you are supposed to book keeps changing. The so-called 'help' team won't book a class for you manually if you can't find one with availability. I was given a voucher for christmas that I haven't been able to redeem and I'm now I'm giving up.
