I ordered supplements on 7 MAY 2024 expecting the usual prompt service. No delivery arrived. I emailed on 15 May and 17 May with no response. I telephoned on 20 May leaving a voicemail as requested, no response.
I have now raised a dispute with Paypal through which paid for the order. Purelinica continue to send me promotional material but as yet have not responded to either myself or Paypal. And they tell me I am a valued patron! Dismissive and disappointing for a customer of over a year.

Pero al tener actualmente el Reino Unido el Brexit con los países de la Unión Europea, sus productos y envíos son bloqueados o requisados por las Aduanas españolas en este caso, y también en las de otros países de la Unión.

Lo cual constituye un gran problema para poder comprar sus productos, que son confiscados en la Aduana.

Reseñar que la devolución del pedido no recibido, me la hicieron ustedes con rapidez y eficacia.

Puchased Saw Palmetto 3200mg with an individual strength of 320mg per tablet. What arrived was with a table strength of 160mg. I complained but was told they dont do a 320mg!
TO THIS DAY, IT IS STILL ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEB SITE AS 320mg!!!

They did refund in full however.

I complained on April 5 by e-mail and the resolution of the claim has not been correct because they have sent the package again, with the same method that they returned it, and the result has been the same... as the customs He returned it to the German post office.

Tremendous disappointment with this company. I have come to wonder if it wasn't a fake website.

I love Pureclinica products. I have been using their hyaluronic acid tablets for myself and my horses for over a year with good results.

I have just added their Collagen and HA daily tabs to my skin care regimen in addition to their Vit B5/HA Drench Gel. I love this drench gel, it absorbs and moisturizers glide on easier.

I did have a problem with a package arriving open and one product missing. Pureclinica promptly replaced that product, no questions asked. That's customer support!!

Ever since my first purchase of phosphatidylserine & phosphatidylcholine I've improved speaking clearly (much better than before), my mind being less cloudy! If you love conversating, reading, even calculating, give it a try (Remeber: Breathe in by the nose, breathe out from the mouth, a few times daily, when your alone.....)!!!!

If you buy 6 bottles, the price goes down by 35%, plus another 10% discount offered by email. That gives their products a great value for money. But the mai reason I went for Pureclinica products (I take 6 supplements daily) is that the dosage per serving is in a single capsule. Also, the concentration of the main ingredient is quite high, therefore it ticked all the boxes for me.

Pleased with my Lutein tablets I purchase them for my sister as well, eye sight is so important and good to know I am helping to protect mine.

Excellent service my original order was damaged by the courier and they sent a replacement first class post arriving the next day. They responded very quickly to sort out the problem.
