I love Pure Gym Denton!!!!! Zero gym fear!!!
I loved my first visit to the gym after being soooo nervous and apprehensive. Thanks to my PT partner helping me to get familiar with chosen machines, I am looking forward to my next visit and may even contemplate taking up full membership one day!!!!!

Brilliant, Clean and Friendly.
Been a member of this gym since it was Esporta back in the mid 2000’s. Great location next to Sainsbury's, but as a pure gym it’s also always been great the staff are super friendly and the Gym is always clean.

Well equipped gym,24/7 friendly staff,safe car parking ,what more can I ask for,maybe a restaurant for supplements ,a bite to eat tea or coffee.

I have been looking for a gym that I can get a short term membership for
I have been looking for a gym that I can buy short term passes for for a while, but other than day passes, most gyms don’t seem to offer this. I go away a lot and want to be able to use a gym while away and the flexibility that pure gym offers with the option to buy a short term pass up to 30 days is perfect.
The gym I went to was well equipped, spacious and clearly well maintained. There was also plenty of parking. I really liked this gym.

Smooth Joining Process
The joining process was simple, I have a blue light card and had no problem joining with the code. I have purchased the door fob which was really easy to set up.

First visit today with my daughter and I enjoyed using the equipment and was amazed how big it was and the amount of equipment available to use and also how clean it was. Will be definitely going again.

Rubbish joining set up. Reeled in on £0 joining fee in select gyms only to be charged a joining fee even though it said £18.99 +£0 joining fee

No air con in the evening
No air con in the evening. It was cooler outside. Terrible cost cutting. Why would you want to train if the air conditioning isn’t on at 21 Celsius. Silly. Plus why isn’t humidity taken in to account. Training in a gym at 21 C is too hot. This needs to be lowered. I was also advised that this heating and cooling isn’t active between 10pm and 6am. Please can you advise If this correct.

We use air conditioning units which heat the air when it drops below 17.5C, and cools the air when it goes higher than 21.5C, keeping the temperature within the gym at an acceptable level.
This is regularly checked to ensure the units are operating as they should be across all of our gyms automatically.

We use air conditioning units which heat the air when it drops below 17.5C, and cools the air when it goes higher than 21.5C, keeping the temperature within the gym at an acceptable level.
This is regularly checked to ensure the units are operating as they should be across all of our gyms automatically.
If you have any specific suggestions please approach your specific Gym Team and they'll be able to reassure you the aircon is working correctly.

No mirrors near smith machines to check…
No mirrors near smith machines to check your form. In fact, unless you're near a dumbbell rack you'll find none near any machine.
Good set of machines though. Just sad they couldn't be bothered putting this simple thing into place and instead have some rubbish glass around the gym area instead.
