This was my first session, i was dreading it to be honest, due to health and injuiries I have been out of doing anything for a few years.I felt the coach was welcoming and made my feel at ease, met the manager and she was welcoming and friendly also, overall great experience

Well equipped gym
Well equipped gym, well kept equipment. Charging room facilities need better maintenance. Showers not very, toilets frequently out of order and lockers need work.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our facility providers to ensure that our facilities and equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym.
Great gym I often seem to end up back…
Great gym I often seem to end up back at PureGym no matter what new gym I try! I love the layout and the space at pure gym, at times it does tend to get a little busy but it’s not too difficult to adjust your workout based on the equipment that’s available. Great Gym.

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. Thanks, PureGym.
The changing rooms are filthy
The changing rooms are filthy. Showers don’t work properly, tissue on the floor round the toilets. Only one sink working. No option for cold water to brush your teeth.
