Sadly nothing the staff and managers…
Sadly nothing the staff and managers can do but the gym itself is in a run down building that isn’t really a great layout for a gym. With limited equipment it makes standing around a regular part of your workout. Again the staff and managers were excellent but are let down massively by the facilities themselves

PureGym acted very sympathetically to…
PureGym acted very sympathetically to my temporary incapacity & suspended by membership without payment. As they were entitled to charge me for frozen membership this was a highly positive response from them. I would highly recommend PureGym.

Great Gyms
Lots of good equipment, the app is great for first time gym goers to give people a good plan, the exercises they give you are great for different skill levels. Only problem is in my area they are a bit out of the way so hard to just nip to a gym.

Dont care about sexual harassment
Me and a friend reached out about a member of this gym sexually harrassing us on social media and on the way into the gym. We emailed in to express concern and report this member bit they never cared enough yo do anything about it! So uncomfortable having to go and see the same member. We have not been back since.

Where have all the machines gone?
Where have all the machines gone? I haven't been here in a while and was shocked by the lack of basic equipment / machinery that this place used to be full of! Might have to cancel my membership which would be a shame after 5 years!

worst gym experience, WHAT GYM HAS NO MUSIC?
worst gym experience, basic equitment attachments scatterd everywhere couldnt find equitment i needed, what gym has no music? felt like i was in a morge not a gym no atmosphere no wonder its so cheap a month came her as i recently went to gym group ajd hated it pure gym is gym group without the music, if you want a good gym find your nearest bodybuilding gym and go to it not pure gym may be more expensive but you pay for the experience and the machines
