Lack of early morning classes
Noticeable lack of early morning classes recently... for no apparent reason. Also only a single bottle of cleaning spray across the whole 3 floors this morning. That just isn't good enough. And I won't appreciate a reply to this feedback telling me of the high standards, blah blah. I'd attach a photo of a training mat covered in sweat that I took this morning, but you can't leave photos here.

Pure Gym Stirling
The equipment is clean and well maintained, there’s plenty of space to do your own thing and any additional classes I’ve done have been excellent, well led and paced sensibly to allow gains without strains.

I thought I had to go into the gym to get a membership. Turns out I can do it via online but a wee Irish staff member talked me through the plans available for me being a student that goes back home for holidays and yeah him and the other staff were lovely.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, it has all the machines/weights that's needed to fullful your daily workouts. It's very clean and comfortable. I like the idea of each member has their own code to access the door to the gym. Memberships are reasonable from £15.99 to £27.99, I would recommend PureGym to everyone.

Great gym, staff and civil members
Great atmosphere with a range of training abilities working out side-by-side, old and young, novice and experienced, mixing in a well maintained and equipped gym. Staff on hand most of the time and are all friendly, the range of equipment is good and well stocked vending facilities. Water accessible ant several stations and the temperature in the gym is well set in every season. Access is easy whether you have special requirements or not and there’s a lift as well as changing, showering and toilet facilities that are spotless. Located centrally, Puregym Stirling is easy to reach and open 24/7 staffed by a broad church of trainers and management staff. I’ve been a member since 2019 and thoroughly recommend this gym as a weight trainer for 35 years and ex rugby player and runner. 9.5/10 (lost 0.5 as they stock C4, the worst pre workout since doughnuts)

Sour milk
The payment kept failing so it took me multiple tries to get the day pass.
More annoyingly, I bought a protein shake for like 4.5 and it was spoiled. Sour and chunky and no staff there to swap it out or refund me.

The good thing the gym have much space…
The good thing the gym have much space but many important machines they have only single one foe all people and need to wait ages to get your turn mostly the legs machines I hope you can sort that big problem as soon as possible I like everything in the gym but this problem I mentioned its make a lot of costumers complaining.
