Jack of Purewell Electrical came to the rescue when I was irritatingly let down by another company (BuyWise). Purewell were very friendly and personable on the phone - no messing about; they immediately sent out the item I urgently needed ....job done! Great product, but more importantly, fantastic service!
Reliable, trustworthy and focused.
They are now my go-to company for future electrical goods.

Rang me after placing the order to check I'd seen some of the details on the condition of the item rather than just sending it straight away letting me find out later. The condition was fine for me so I went ahead - really impressed they took the time to call me and verify.

Ordered washing machine online. Delivered 2 days later and at a competitive price.

Needed an under counter frost free freezer, as our old one had broken down and my husband has frozen puree meals. Purewell moved the delivery date forward to help us out. The 2 gentlemen who delivered the new one were very nice and we would definitely recommend this company. Liebherr freezer appears to be solidly made, so we are happy.

Wonderful service.
Searched online for a new Fridge/Freezer after my old one packed up. Clicked on Purewell Electrical and so glad I did. Good selection, good prices and easy website to navigate. After choosing my appliance and I paid and asked for installation. Was advised it would take up to a week for delivery. I paid up online, finishing the transaction around 9pm.
9am the following morning I was called by the delivery driver that they’d be with me between 10am-12pm.
Before 11am they arrived, moved my old appliance out and installed the new one in its place removing all packaging and taking it with them. Social distancing was applied at all times. Just fourteen hours after purchasing my replacement it had been delivered, installed and they’d left. Really cannot compliment Purewell Electricals service enough. Thoroughly recommended!!
