Zoe has been a star throughout my booking process. Firstly, she found myself and a friend an amazing deal for our trip to Mexico. However, when my friend could no longer attend I thought the booking was doomed as the flights seemed to be non-refundable. Luckily, Zoe managed to find me different alternative solutions that would best suit my needs when deciding what next steps to take which made an outcome that seemed impossible possible and I could not thank her enough.
